Position Summary
Provides direct, basic patient care activities under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. Provides care and cleaning of specific equipment, stocking of supplies and equipment and the transportation of patients, supplies and equipment.

Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of our company to patients who come to Quest Diagnostics, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The PSR I will demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to work in a doctor's office, a patient service center, in a house call environment, or as business needs dictate.
Job Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to established training.
Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems or directory of services.
Responsible for completing all data entry requirements accurately including data entry of patient registration; entry of test order from requisition or pulling order from database; managing Standing Orders.
Enter billing information and collect payments when required, including the safeguarding of assets and credit card information.
Data entry and processing specimens including: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as required by test order.
Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned such as data entry, inventory, stock supplies, and answer phones when needed.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual); and ensure that all staff members follow instructions.
Perform verification of patient demographic info / initials including patient signature post-venipuncture to verify tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.
Assist with compilation and submission of monthly statistics and data.
Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner and based on frequency, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.
Complete training courses and keep up-to-date with the latest phlebotomy techniques.
Travel to Territory Manager meeting if held off-site or off normal shift.
Participate on special projects and teams.
Stay up-to-date on company communications.
Job Requirements
Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course²
Annual completion of 18-hour continuing education and ability to meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
2+ years in a Tax Professional role is preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a big plus, but not required

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position will manage a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. This includes managing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reports and store safety. This role will recruit and train store employees, establish work schedules and assignments, and provide guidance to help employees grow professionally. This position will also make outside sales calls.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the authorization to work in this country without visa sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle and proper insurance.
Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed training certification for your current position, if required.
Minimum performance review rating of "3" (Standard).
High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion. May assist with handling drums of material in excess of 100 lbs.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, forkllift, etc.).
Ability to tint paint, therefore, must have good color perception.
Ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience as a manager in a retail environment.
Bachelors Degree in a business-related field.
Ability to grow wholesale business by conducting effective outside sales calls.
Ability to manage staff, which includes recruiting and hiring,scheduling, training, delegating work assignments and evaluating work performance.
Demonstrated operational skills related to non-selling activities such as financial reports, credit and accounts receivable performance, scheduling and inventory control.

Instructor II
Job Description:
The CTC Instructor is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to effectively and consistently deliver the highest quality classroom and simulation laboratory training to a wide variety of students including developmental air traffic controllers and certified professional controllers (CPC). This position will participate in curriculum design and development. The selected candidate will support Air Traffic Control Tower training requirements at the Atlantic City Air Traffic Control Facility located at Atlantic City, NJ.

Required Skills:
The successful candidate for this position must have experience demonstrating excellent teaching and/or platform skills, classroom management techniques, and a student-focused drive for continuous improvement.
- The CTC Instructor candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract instructor at an FAA air traffic facility. The recent experience must have been performed at a similar type and level of ATC facility as the ACY Air Traffic Control facility and some portion of this experience must have occurred in the last five years.
- The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate strong technical skills with current ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures.

Skills:
- Candidates with direct experience as a CPC at ACY facility will have priority selection for the position.
- Operational Experience with ATC simulators including scenario design for TSS.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with FAA personnel at all levels to ensure the delivery of training services meet the needs of the local facility, as well as the FAA’s overall Air Traffic Control mission is highly desired.
Education:
Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required.
