Light Rail Servicer
Under direct supervision of LRV Supervision, the LRV Servicer will clean and service METRO Light Rail Vehicles, Rail Facility and Rail components in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities and Specific Duties
Clean Light Rail Vehicles to include flooring, windows, passenger seats, oeprator cabs, interior panels, lighting fixtures, return air grills and vehicle ducting.
Checks and maintain appropriate levels of washer fluid and sand.
Performs detailed cleaning on Light Rail Vehicle and components as required.
Cleans and scrubs Rail Facility to include floors, pits and wash racks as assigned.
Responsible for safe handling of yard scrubbing equipment, shop scrubbers, forklifts and other specialized equipment.
Dispose of trash, debris and other material as assigned.
Operates METRO Rail non-revenue vehicles as required.

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of stable work experience. Experience in building maintenance services preferred.
Valid Texas Drivers License required. Must obtain and maintain yard safety certification. Good (verbal and written) communication skills are essential. Able to complete/fill-out written reports, records and forms.

Operate filling machines and fill units (drums, pails & bottles) with finished and/or liquid raw materials. Pick up all empty drums, pails, bottles and cartons as required for production run on fillers.
Formula for success: You will…
Pull empty wheeler by hand to drum storage area, load proper units onto wheeler and return to department
Adjust and set weights on filler machines and scales to ensure correct fill and weight of units
Connect hoses to kettle and equipment being used; involved opening valves necessary for operation, turning on pump, adjusting valves to ensure that spear is open and adjusting valve to coincide to flow of material being drawn
Weigh empty units; operate machine and fill units with liquid; check weight filled unit to determine accurate weight and make any necessary adjustments to account for under or overweight containers
Lay pallets in place, cap seal, stencil and label units and place onto pallets ready for pickup
Make all necessary adjustments to machine for different size and weight containers; involves adjusting valve for best fill to avoid splashing, overflow and waste
Wash machine after completing each batch; periodically clean filler machine
Maintain record of number of units filled on batch sheets; initial worksheets and give to foreman upon completion
Keep work areas clean and perform any related work function assigned
Always use a yellow wash drum for initial wash of kettle

Commercial Loan Servicer - The Woodlands
The Commercial Loan Servicer is responsible for accurately setting up the loan structure in the core banking system, book the loans to the system, process notices, fund loans, monitor the wire queue and apply payments and fees according to the credit agreement. This includes managing loan deals where the bank is a participant or the lead/agent bank and is responsible for working with the Relationship team and other financial institutions to properly coordinate loan funding requests.
