I. BASIC FUNCTION Carry out the operations of cleaning liquid tank barges while maintaining a safe and productive atmosphere.

Hitch and secure tractor to trailer couplings; check load for weight, clearance requirements, balance and travel requirements to avoid violations of any state or Federal law. 2.
