This position has the knowledge and demonstrates ability to operate state of the art mixers, pumping equipment, hi-speed mixers, and tinting equipment in the production area. Follow process orders from beginning to end and record all pertinent information.

Must be able to lift products (up to 100 LB) as required, and perform general labor work
Must be able to work without constant supervision.

Mixes or blends raw materials in accordance with specified formulas. Send fruit from bins to extractor room
Processes raw materials to meet specifications, assists in sanitation and changeover of equipment. Understand and operate control panels. Change gates, wipe off gates, open and close bin gates.
Locate and initiate emergency stop switches and disconnects.
Pull limbs and debris from gates. Keep area clean at all times.
Sets up and runs machines
Makes adjustments and performs minor machine maintenance as necessary
observes machine operation and inspects finished product to detect work-piece defects or machine malfunction, and assists with sanitation.

Review daily schedule for the blending area, based on production work order and schedule
Organize daily tasks efficiently based on scheduled batches
Follow recipes and instructions. Collect, weigh, mix and meet quality specifications

This position is located in the Liquor Enforcement Division.
The incumbent in this position will coordinate their workflow of license applications, monitor work progress, and sets priorities for specific tasks; and maintain section telephone and email answering schedule. This position will review new and transfer liquor and beer license applications and statutory compliance, review and approve renewal applications by researching the licensing database to verify tax compliance, and checks for local authority approval.
Position will function as the first point of contact to the Division for local clerks, licensees, and the general public concerning license applications and other issues. The incumbent will attend meetings with local authorities regarding liquor licensing; provide training and guidance to new Division license staff in processing applications to comply with statute; and will work with local authorities statewide to correct deficiencies on license applications within 30 days of receipt by the Division.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees="" fahrenheit="" (freezing),="" 32-40="" degrees="" fahrenheit="" (refrigerators),="">90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, knives, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, six-wheel carts, balers, and other heavy machinery.
