Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of highway and bridge maintenance methods
, equipment, materials, and safety practices; skill in operation of light and medium-duty equipment; ability to perform heavy manual labor, perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and tools; skill in carpentry, concrete forming and finishing; ability to perform mathematical calculations to measure and lay out constructed elements on bridges and culverts; ability to communicate both orally and in writing and follow oral and written instructions; valid Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment and maintain thereafter; High School Graduate or equivalent combination or education, training, and/or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform he job.
