The purpose of this task is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to support the RCC-C
The Operations Bridge Support Operator:
- Notify affected installations at least 24 hours prior to scheduled outages or repairs to the ETFM management and database servers.
- Provide timely situational awareness of critical events, their impact, reasons for outages, projected time to resolve, and final resolutions.
- Prepare approximately 100 network bulletins, 75 Technical Orders, and 25 Cyber bulletins per year with information about the DoDIN-A to USARCC-C NETCOP portal subscribers.
- Coordinate and register all DISA, USARCC-C, and installation ASIs within the theater that could affect Army users, per the USARCC-C ASI SOP and/or DISA or ACOIC ASI policies.
- Maintain points of contact roster for the GMN community of interest and update as changed.
- Process policy violation task orders and track status of responses.
- Provide policy violation reports as tasked by the COR.
- Serve as the primary interface to the 93d Signal Brigade, 106th Signal Brigade, 21st Signal Brigade, 7th Sig Cmd (T), NETCOM, ACOIC, ARCYBER and 2nd Army for incoming/outgoing taskings, OPORDs, directives, bulletins, and reports.
- Support all exercises in which the USARCC-C participates.
- Post recurring and event-driven USARCC-C reports, to include task orders, network bulletins, and Authorized Scheduled Outage Reports, to the AKO USARCC-C document library.
- Exercise personnel call-out procedures to react to recall alerts and other network events requiring emergency response.
- Review pertinent Operations Bridge information on the 7th SC (T) portal and update as necessary to provide timely situational awareness to theater portal users.
- Updates shall include information on all events affecting USARCC-C services and other DoDIN-A events meeting OPORD 05-01 (and its updates) thresholds.
- Provide network updates and prepare other reports, as tasked by the COR.
- Use Government-provided tools to monitor all USARCC-C managed devices for outages, performance issues, and service degradations.
- Coordinate with DISA, NECs, 93d Signal Brigade, 106th Signal Brigade, 21st Signal Brigade, CX-I community of interest, 7th Sig Cmd (T), and other organizations to research such network events as outages, degradations, and security issues.
- Monitor the CONUS DoDIN-A to meet USARCC-C situational awareness reporting requirements specified in Army NETOPS OPORD and its updates.
- Notify the DoDIN-A Support Analyst of all items within established thresholds that are reportable under OPORD 05-01and its updates.
- Monitor Operations Bridge e-mail inboxes for taskings and issues; initiate action in response to requests.
- Monitor and report status of the systems, applications, satellite communications, and networks operated and maintained by USARCC-C and/or specified in OPORD 05-01.
- Track and coordinate approximately 6,500 ASI tickets per year for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, DISA, and ACOIC.
- Create and maintain a log of all operational events, alerts, and alarms.
- Monitor other Web sites identified by the COR, as well as newscasts and weather reports for situational awareness.
- Perform situational awareness and reporting functions IAW USARCC-C SOPs, OPORD 05-01 and its updates, and other authoritative documents.
- Collect, process, display, store, and disseminate supporting DODIN-A related NETOPS Critical Information Reporting.
- Through the use of NETOPS tools, assess the status of CONUS theatre assets and analyze the operational impact and the risks associated from that impact for systems not functioning properly.
- Through network monitoring, anticipate opportunities or threats in execution, indications and warnings, and situational developments, then brief the Government on ways to mitigate the threats or take advantage of the opportunities identified.
- Assess, analyze gaps, and assist the Government in interpreting current and future NETOPS reporting policies on discovery and through synchronization meetings and by providing to the Government written assessments and recommendations based on their findings.
- Provide proactive and introductive theater-wide detailed situational awareness to facilitate C4IM situational understanding of theater network assets and status conditions and mission impact through tracking of trouble tickets and CCIRs.
- Through incident tracking across the theatre and management of the USARCC-C Portal, provide situational awareness of the CONUS network and theatre-estimated operational impacts from degraded network assets to the government.
- Receives and checks for accuracy all DODIN-A submitted Negligent Disclosure of Classified Information (NDCI) checklist and reports.
- Identifies all NDCIs not completed within the 7th SC requirement and drafts a report of non-compliance for the Government.
- Record and track all NDCIs within a centralized repository from conception to completion.
- Information will be stored into a knowledge based system IAW USARCC-C storage procedures by the contractor for the government.
- Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) as tasked by the COR.
- IT III/ NO IAT REQUIRED.
- Security + CE or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
- Five to seven (5-7) years of practical experience working with circuit actions, circuit restoration, and network management. Demonstrated competence with Spectrum and Solar Winds. Experience in the DISA circuit registration.

The Southwest Division has an opening for a Liquor Manager at Store 2651 in Phoenix, Arizona; this is a union position.
PURPOSE: Directs and controls the operation of the liquor department.
Supervises and trains liquor personnel. Ensures customer service and product quality, selection and presentation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints. Promotes Albertson's philosophy of personalized service in the liquor department.
Liaises with vendors. Orders, receives and breaks down loads. Stocks, displays and rotates product in the liquor department to ensure quality, selection, eye-appeal and proper inventory level to meet customer demands.
Creates effective displays for mixers, beer, liquor, wine and other related merchandise in the liquor department. Operates checkstand equipment such as cash register and scanner to process customer orders. Handles customers relations.
Assists customers by answering questions on product quality and taking and filling special orders. Makes product suggestions and engages in suggestive selling. Makes intercom announcements.
Ensures compliance with state and federal liquor sales laws and Company restricted sales and loss prevention policies. Monitors inventory and space security. Supervises, motivates, trains and participates in the hiring of liquor personnel.
Monitors associate performance and recommends personnel actions such as hiring, firing, layoff and disciplinary action. Schedules personnel to ensure adequate coverage, service level and meeting of budgetary goals. Supervises the day to day functions of the liquor department to achieve customer service, and sales and profit objectives.
Conducts daily inspections of the liquor department and initiates corrective measures to ensure compliance with maintain in stock conditions, sanitation, safety and security requirements. Assists with all liquor duties such as: cleaning, stocking, storage and customer service. Implements effective promotional and seasonal displays.
Controls shrink and expenses. Accurately completes and monitors daily log sheet, purchase report, and sales and labor and other required paperwork and logs. Follows Company transmittal procedures.
Maintains records on ad items movement. Takes inventories and maintains accurate department records. Maintains and organizes sales area, backroom and cooler.
Ensures proper merchandising of product by understanding and implementing schematics, merchandising of advertised items, proper signing procedures and monitoring product flow. Follows Company policy in pricing and handling reduced-to-clear items. Answers and responds to incoming calls appropriately.
Receives and appropriately resolves customer complaints and reports to the Store Director as appropriate. Reviews MicroStrategy reports to best determine movements on items within subcategories, to make the best business decision on display and shelf qualities. Ensures that all associates are trained and instructed in the proper performance of work duties.

Requires knowledge of basic mathematics and metric measurements. Frequently reaches, lifts, stacks and maneuvers objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 80 lbs. Bends, stoops and reaches frequently and may climbs ladders.
Pushes and pulls fully loaded hand trucks, six-wheeler carts and pallet jacks. Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination are necessary. Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
Operates computer software and electronic ordering devices to order products, plan sales, input inventory and schedules and print labels. Utilizes cleaning supplies and equipment. Utilizes safety cutters, compactors and checkstand equipment.
Knowledge of profit and loss statements. May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. Scheduled hours will vary.
Good attendance is required. Exposure to potential hazards exists with respect to cutting equipment, electrical displays and other work aids necessary to perform job duties. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Frequent exposure to 33° to 40° Fahrenheit while handling products in cooler. Working conditions consist of a temperature controlled store environment. Exposure to varying temperatures while working in the loading and receiving area.

IELTS Examiner (Part-Time)
BridgeEnglish Language Center in Central Denver
Reports to: IELTS Administrator
Start Date: October 2018
The IELTS Examiner provides examination services for IELTS exams held at the language center usually on Fridays and Saturdays. Examiners work to create a secure exam while maintaining the highest levels of customer care and exam delivery and assessment. Invigilators are expected to abide by all rules and regulations set by the examining bodies. Specifically, Examiners will be responsible for the following duties:
- Candidate Examination and Monitoring – Examiners deliver and/or mark IELTS Writing and Speaking tasks in accordance with IELTS standards.
- Test administration – Examiners must complete appropriate paperwork and other administrative duties before and during the exam.
- Test security – Examiners must be vigilant at all times and follow all prescribed procedures to ensure that IELTS integrity is upheld.
- Performance monitoring & professional development – Examiners must be receptive to monitoring and feedback on performance and effectively correct any issues quickly. Examiners must participate in trainings, recertifications, and monitorings as needed.
Desired Experience and
- Undergraduate Degree
- An accepted TESOL/TEFL qualification
- IELTS Examiner Certification for Writing and/or Speaking Exams ( Examiners new to Center must complete face-to-face training and certify before first examining session)
- Three years full time TESOL/TEFL teaching experience.
- Experience working with diverse cultures is a plus.

- Tests take place 2-3 times per month, all on Saturdays, with speaking and writing exams taking place in the afternoon, beginning at 12:30pm and ending no later than 6:00pm. Occasional Friday speaking tests available. Examiner marking to take place at test center during the week.
