What you will be doing
Perform duties associated with a Senior Measurement Technician, to include use of electronic instrumentation and hand held computers to collect and analyze data for inspection and calibration
Trouble shoot and repair odorizer interface with RTU
Install, remove, inspect and maintain SCADA-related devices and chromatographs;
Install, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain and repair all instruments and equipment used at custody transfer
Perform witness testing at custody transfer locations
Operate equipment used to perform job classification, to include HK and PK testers; voltage generators; pressure calibrators (PUMP/Dead Weight Tester); and transmitter calibrators (HART)
Respond quickly and accurately to abnormal readings and/or conditions that develop during the progress of work
Present a neat appearance and work with internal and external customers in a courteous and efficient manner to include communicating with other utility companies for response and addressing issues related to power and telecommunication issues
Perform other work as assigned
What you bring
Applicant must possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Measurement Technician II or equivalent with ability to demonstrate performance of job-specific tasks, such as, but not limited to:
Install, remove, inspect and maintain AMR and similar equipment for Groups 1 – 3 meters;
Repair gas leaks on Groups 2 and 3 meters/instruments;
Install, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, and repair instruments/equipment used in non-custody transfer measurement;
Operate a boom truck, leak detectors, Encoder Receiver Transmitter (ERT) programmer, and various programs associated with measurement activities (Mercury, Metretek)
Applicant must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all regulatory and company mandated qualifications (OSHA, OQ)
Applicant must be capable of physically and mentally working in/around gas facilities, in confined spaces and exposed to hazardous or disagreeable working conditions
Applicant must be able to mentally and visually concentrate (focus), to include hand/eye coordination and dexterity, for sustained periods of time, often in hazardous or adverse conditions

Acts as liaison to the State Department of Mental Health and other agencies regarding Department performance, research, evaluation, and data issues;
Helps to develop and maintain new revenue sources using data and statistical tools to maintain the source;
Creates promotional/informational material based on outcome data and which reflects the Department's resources to various community audiences;
Designs and implements strategies to increase the public's awareness of and support for mental health services;
Chairs the Human Subjects Research Committee and oversees all research studies of staff conducted by outside parties (e.g., for their dissertations or theses);
Provides direct support to the Behavioral Wellness Director on any projects involving issues related to the above range of responsibilities; and
Performs related duties as assigned.
Consultation and training. Uses professional skills to provide mental health consultation to persons, providers, staff of other agencies, and the community and conducts or participates in health-related training that is recorded for audit allowance;
Provider relations and resource development. Uses professional skills in performing activities that establish, expand, and maintain the pool of eligible service providers;
Utilization review. Uses professional skills in quality management activities such as utilization review, monitoring and evaluation procedures, and the development of standards and protocols; and
Program planning, development, and monitoring. Assists in developing goals and objectives, policies and procedures, forms, and management information systems and monitors and audits for proper and efficient County, State, and Federal program administration;
General Administration. Performs general administration duties and tasks necessary for the daily operation of the program, including staff meetings, health promotion, training, budgets.
Possession of a Ph.D. degree in psychology from an accredited college or university with a specialization in social psychology, organizational psychology, program evaluation or equivalent AND Two years of postdoctoral experience in psychological research or program evaluation, including at least one year of supervising experience in a research capacity.
Possession of a valid California Class C Driver's License at the time of appointment.
Desirable qualifications: A valid California Licensed Psychologist.

Candidates must receive a percentage score of at least 70 on the supplemental questionnaire to be placed on an employment list. An adjustment may be made to raw scores based on factors listed in Civil Service Rule VI. Those candidates who are successful in the selection process will have their names placed on the employment list for a minimum of three months. At the time the employment list is established, all candidates will receive written notice of their score on the exam(s), rank on the employment list, and exact duration of the employment list. Human Resources will notify you by mail if your name is removed.
Conditional Job Offer: Once a conditional offer of employment has been made, candidate will be required to successfully complete a background check, which includes a conviction history check, and satisfactory reference checks. Description of Role
PAG seeks an Associate in our Brooklyn office to focus primarily on maintaining and presenting Management Information System (MIS) to Senior Management and others on a monthly basis for decision-making, coordination, control, risk analysis. Secondarily, work on the new strategic performance system as well as other strategic projects.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
q Gather and maintain MIS from our various business units
q Continually enhance and streamline our MIS processes
q Present to and act as liaison/point person between PAG's various business units and Senior Management, Governance Forum, and Risk Committee
q Work to mitigate operational risk as well as optimize our controls seeking efficiencies
q Work on short-term, medium-term, and longer-term strategic projects that are focused on improving the PAG's service offering and data quality
q Work on PAG's new strategic performance reporting project
q Assist with the writing of business requirements and preparing documentation for the various strategic projects that PAG will be working on
q Attend daily scrum calls
q Assist with the writing of test scripts
q Test the stories as part of the various sprint cycles
q Participate in UAT
q Provide feedback on development to date
q Log defects in JIRA based on the UAT and Sprint testing
q Work with technology on resolving defects
q Work with the offshore project team to ensure that testing is being performed in a consistent manner
