Greet members and properly orientate them to the locker room area. Provide quality service and maintain a clean and well-stocked locker room.
Requirements:
Candidates must have solid verbal & written English skills; Previous customer service experience in a luxury environment; Basic telephone etiquette skills; Ability to organize and prioritize work in a busy environment; and have the ability to lift 50 lbs and continuously bend, kneel, stand, push and pull throughout the shift.
This position will be stationed in the Men's Locker Room and as such, all applicants must be male.

SUMMARY
The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness, equipping of amenities and linen and housekeeping supplies in the Spa, Spa communal areas, while assisting the Director of Spa & Wellness and the Spa Operations Manager and all other associates in maintaining the highest level of guest relations, confidentiality, cleanliness and security as relates to guests and employees, including safety procedures as laid out in the operations manual.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain Spa with all items needed to ensure the comfort, safety and convenience of guests.
Ensure fresh linen for all treatment rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, steam area and relaxing areas.
Place fresh fruit, water, ice, iced tea, water and utensils in designated areas for guests.
Ensure that amenities and toiletries are stocked and available in bathrooms, locker rooms, treatment rooms and steam rooms.
Place robes in lockers.
Disinfect, sort, and stock sandals in designated areas.
Keep cleanliness of Spa maintained during course of business hours and report any issues regarding Spa cleaning service to Director of Spa & Wellness and/or Spa Operations Manager. Salon, break room, reception area and bathrooms to be included.
Maintain a safe environment in the Spa with the proper and speedy handling of spillage or accidents such as keeping all steam area and showers dry and the proper clean-up and disposal of any solvents or other products.
Respond to and handle guests' inquiries and complaints in a courteous, interested and professional manner. Find the nature of the problem and determine the course of complaint and make every effort to correct the situation to guarantee 100% guest satisfaction, while backing the policies of Red Mountain Resort & Spa and Sagestone at Red Mountain Resort & Spa.
Report inquiries and complaints to the Director of Spa & Wellness and/or Spa Operations Supervisor, as soon as possible.
Provide guests with clean towels, robes, and additional amenities and refreshments, as requested.
Maintain accurate records of linen deliveries and collections and fold all linen received in the Spa in accordance with standards and procedures as directed by Director of Spa & Wellness or Spa Operations Manager.
Maintain accurate records of all Spa amenities, housekeeping supplies, robes and sandals.
Requisition supplies needed from Director of Spa & Wellness and/or Spa Operations Supervisor in a timely manner and with regard to inventory count in order to prevent any inconvenience to guests and Spa associates.
Assist in escorting guests to Spa treatment area and lockers, giving the guests specific information regarding the facilities in order to maximize their Spa experience
Legibly complete all written information on paperwork including but not limited to requisitions, work orders and housekeeping supplies record sheets.
Maintain clean, safe and orderly work space. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
Inspect and maintain pristine aesthetic appearance of Spa facilities and treatment rooms, such as windows mirrors, brass etc.
Report any maintenance needs to maintenance department either through the online request system or for immediate/emergent needs, by calling guest services to radio maintenance to come directly to the spa. Keep Director of Spa & Wellness and Spa Operations Manager notified at all times of any needs.
Provide lockers to Guests and assist Supervisor in keeping accurate records of lockers and robes and sandals.
Maintain complete knowledge of all Red Mountain Resort & Spa and Sagestone at Red Mountain Resort & Spa features/services, hours of operation.
Understand the computer software system as relates to guests, the functions of the locker area, the maintenance of housekeeping and spa supplies inventory.
Be totally familiar with all safety procedures and ensure a safe environment for team guests and guests.
Ensure the privacy and security of the guests at all times.
Maintain a clean, neat, attractive appearance all the time. This to include the cleanliness of uniforms, a neatly groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
Demonstrate proficiency in Red Mountain Gold Star Standards.
Other duties may be assigned.
