The Production Control Clerk compiles and records production data for industrial establishments to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production, performing any combination of the following duties:
Compile and record production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets, following prescribed recording procedures and using typewriter and other devices.
Calculate such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, and amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using adding machine or calculator.
Write production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
Compile from customer orders and other specifications detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.
Prepare written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities.
Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
Chart production, using chart, graph, or pegboard, based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel.
Sort and distribute work tickets or material to workers.
May compute wages from employee time cards and post wage data on records used for preparation of payroll.
Process Naval Aircraft Flight Record (NAVFLIR) input and validation.
Verify flight operation reports.
Assist maintenance control supervisor with aircraft discrepancy book reviews.
Prepare, record, verify and update aircraft records and reports.
Prepare and update engine documentation.
Monitor, order, verify, and update technical directives (TDs).
Initiate, update, and verify aircraft logbooks and aeronautical equipment service record (AESR) forms and records.
Ensure the provision of accurate aircraft inventories, equipment serial numbers and configurations.
Prepare and verify aircraft inventory records.
Comply with all current sections of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series applicable to aircraft maintenance.
Working knowledge of technical publications, NAMP and NALCOMIS aircraft maintenance applications.
Perform other job related duties as may be assigned.

The main purpose of the Log Consultant is to audit the drivers' hours of service records and take appropriate action. Answer questions and council the drivers on their hours of service and the paperless log system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
- Provide customer service to drivers calling in/in person with questions regarding logs.
Identify drivers' needs and provide immediate feedback. Able to communicate any problems appropriately.
Research drivers' requests to make log corrections through the computer system. Verify validity through the computer system and update accordingly. Respond back to driver on all researched corrections whether valid or not.
Work the various audit reports by using the computer system screens. Using the reports, research
for violation of the hours of service regulations and determine disciplinary action. Handle audit calls and carry out disciplinary action. In addition, ensure the computer system has been properly updated.
- Monitor drivers with satellite problems as well as shag drivers that would be on paper logs or a daily report. Follow-up with driver and fleet manager if needed regarding paperwork. Review paperwork for hours of service
violations and document any found.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent experience.
One to two years log experience preferred.
Six months to one year PC experience in a Windows environment preferred.

This position is responsible for providing polyethylene car loading services including car washing, car loading, rail car moving, and minor hopper car repairs.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a thorough knowledge of operating procedures, safety rules, locomotive operations, and loading operations.
Check all equipment daily; complete daily and weekly checklists (including golf cart, shuttle wagon, scalperator, bag filter, and safety checklists).
Maintain a log book of all pertinent activities and provide copies to the supervisor at shift change.
Properly spot hopper cars for washing and for loading.
Properly load a hopper car using pellet spreaders.
Sample and/or resample a hopper car and deliver the samples.
Complete paperwork for loading/unloading hopper cars using the hand held scanners for the correct loading templates.
Correctly off load overweight hopper cars.
Pull and label special samples, and send out for shipment.
Wash and dry cars according to standard operating procedures.
Must know and understand the FRA blue flag procedure for rail yard maintenance.
Check and empty the car loading bag filters.
Start up and shut down the unloading systems for emptying purge bins and/or unloading hopper cars.
Assists crew leader in training new employees.
Perform minor maintenance to ensure the continued operation of the equipment.
Troubleshoot and correct problems with the following equipment:
Responsible for proper housekeeping.
Must be willing and able to work any shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
