What will I be doing?
As a full-time Warehouse Associate, youll ensure smooth operation of our warehouse by performing material inspections, filling orders and loading/unloading vehicles.
Fill orders quickly and accurately
Notify Purchasing and Sales when orders cant be filled and/or notify Lead Warehouse Associate when inventory levels appear low
Initial Pick Tickets as orders are loaded and then ensure secondary verification
Inspect condition and quantity of received materials before placing them in the warehouse
Communicate deviations with the Receiving Coordinator (in advance) to facilitate proper changes in the inventory control system
Complete cycle counts and inventory checks in a timely and accurate manner
Load and unload vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Reconcile printed tickets to stock
Accurately complete paperwork (Pick Tickets, Inventory Count Sheets, etc.)
Moving materials in yard and warehouse as needed
When needed, accompany Drivers on deliveries and load/unload materials at warehouse and delivery sites
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of warehouse
Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience working directly with the customer
Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (both written and verbal)
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
Ability to handle all types of building products
Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day

Participates in manually loading orders on outgoing trucks by repetitive lifting of up to 100 lbs.
Accompany driver to job site; assist driver by guiding truck onto and off of customers property to avoid damage.
Participants in the proper unloading of materials to roof by repetitive lifting or using conveyor at job sites.
Assists customers in loading vehicles.
Count, verify and manually unload incoming orders and shipments.
Maintain inventory in appropriate/designated storage areas in warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a self-starter, dependable and a team player.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The main purpose of the Log Consultant is to audit the drivers' hours of service records and take appropriate action. Answer questions and council the drivers on their hours of service and the paperless log system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
- Provide customer service to drivers calling in/in person with questions regarding logs.
Identify drivers' needs and provide immediate feedback. Able to communicate any problems appropriately.
Research drivers' requests to make log corrections through the computer system. Verify validity through the computer system and update accordingly. Respond back to driver on all researched corrections whether valid or not.
Work the various audit reports by using the computer system screens. Using the reports, research
for violation of the hours of service regulations and determine disciplinary action. Handle audit calls and carry out disciplinary action. In addition, ensure the computer system has been properly updated.
- Monitor drivers with satellite problems as well as shag drivers that would be on paper logs or a daily report. Follow-up with driver and fleet manager if needed regarding paperwork. Review paperwork for hours of service
violations and document any found.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent experience.
One to two years log experience preferred.
Six months to one year PC experience in a Windows environment preferred.

This position is an F-35 Mod and Retrofit Project Manager. The role will be located at the customer's site in Ft Worth, Texas.
This position will provide support to the Lockheed Martin (LM) Modification, Repair, Overhaul and Upgrades (MRO&U) team within the F-35 Global Sustainment team by managing Modification projects. The successful individual will work closely with the Tier 1 partners (LM, NGC, and BAE Systems) and the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO) during the execution stage of aircraft modification plans, capabilities, and deliveries.
The Modification Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with multiple disciplines to plan, develop and execute modification/retrofit tasks associated with specific engineering changes for significant modification events. This position reports to the MRO&U Operations Project Management Manager.
Performs analysis of Initial Retrofit Plan (IRP) and establishes milestones to support modification/retrofit event. The successful candidate will work within the MRO&U Operations organization to accurately synergize critical planning and milestone information with multiple authors, schedulers and leaders to achieve program objectives. Tasks include, but not limited to: cradle to grave project management; development of briefings (contractor and/or service); conducting project reviews; assisting in requirements development; compiling, authoring and distributing several recurring MRO&U Operations reports and performance deliverables for consumption by various stakeholders within the F-35 Program. What part will you play?
Schedule and manage commercial unit placement on current/future commercial logs for International News networks in accordance with client requests (including recapturing).
Be a part of the team effort to deliver all CNN International and CNN Espanol commercial logs to Master Control within deadlines.
Liaise with Creative Marketing and Master Control to ensure all logs are ready to air.
Verify programming, break structures, and materials IDs across the International and Espanol News networks.
Partner with other Sales Operations offices globally to ensure correct placement of spots.
Coordinate with network programming to make sure sponsorships air in accordance with the details of each ad campaign.
Generate, analyze, and maintain compliance reports as needed and revise logs based on the results.
Liaise with Ad Sales and Sales Ops partners to resolve future and/or last-minute advertiser conflicts or discrepancies.
Manually implement last minute programming changes to logs that have already been finalized.
Determine which commercial units on pending logs are scheduled to use a material that has yet to arrive. Liaise with Media Specialists to determine the status of these late-arriving materials to protect revenue on logs.
Be willing to relinquish or take on new duties based on the needs of the department.
