Parts Marker (2743-271)
Barnes Aerospace Windsor Division is seeking an energetic, highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our Inspection Team. This individual will be responsible for marking parts as outlined on blue prints, operation sheets and traveler documents to support both Barnes Aerospace and customer requirements. If you are an individual that enjoys working with people in a diverse, fast-paced environment this position may be of interest.
Based on customer requirements, follow directions on blueprints, operation sheets, set-up sheets, etc. and mark parts using dotpeen, vibropeen or electroetch marking instruments. Ink marking or ink stamping also performed to customer requirements. For larger, heavier parts, handheld dotpeen machine is used.
Inspect parts to ensure marking meets customer requirements per blueprint, operation sheets, or set-up sheets. Travelers and Inspection Method Sheets (IMS) should be referenced.
Inspect parts for visual defects and red marks left behind by previous inspector. Red marks indicate that a defect had been spotted, but was corrected and should therefore be removed.
Make stencils for the marking equipment. Stencils are typically used only 3-4 times before discarding.
Maintain log books as required by customer and Barnes Aerospace. Log books contain information such as order numbers, serial numbers, dates parts are marked, etc.
File set-up sheets, operation sheets, and blueprints.
Learn and adhere to required safety standards and procedures.
Maintain a clean work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum two (2) years' experience in marking parts in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using dotpeen, handheld dotpeen, vibropeen, and electrotech equipment for marking parts.
Computer experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, operation sheets, set-up sheets, etc.
Machining background helpful, but not required.
Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels employees and customers.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
Organizational and time management skills.

Laser Marker Operator
Eaton's Aerospace division is currently seeking a Laser Marker to join our team! This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility.
The Stock Selector is responsible for set up and operation of all Laser equipment. Understand all safety procedures involving the Laser function. Understand blueprints and its relationship to laser marking the product. Ability to use measuring devices to ensure accurate positioning of marking.

You will be trained in use of a Class 1 (protected) and Class 4 (unprotected) laser marker system, including all safety procedures, including Personal Protection Equipment and 5S Philosophies and laser room functions, fire extinguishers, ventilation, safety interlocks, fume extraction, etc.
You will Familiar with the functional checks and basics of the equipment. Notify maintenance personnel of need to scheduled or required service.
You will Interact with Laser using LaserCad User Interface to call up and activate required programs to accomplish specified mark. Contact Level 2 personnel or assigned manufacturing engineer for mark corrections.
General knowledge of hand measuring tools, optical comparator, etc. to evaluate marked part content / location. Submit first article for inspection as required.
Understand and Utilize provided tooling to accurately position parts for marking.
Laser mark parts in accordance to drawing specifications and / or customer requirements.
Knowledgeable of appropriate Customer and Mil specs, etc. needed for day-to-day marking activities
Visually evaluate mark for acceptance to specified criteria.
Knowledgeable of 2D Matrix theory and practices
Use Verification equipment including camera and scanner to capture and evaluate 2D Matrix marks manufactured by Laser process
You will utilize 2D Matrix log to capture and archive Matrix images
Apply protective coating (Alodize) as defined per drawing and or router instructions
Responsible for continuous improvement and cost out activities
You will Maintain a workflow in laser marking area to eliminate bottlenecks

Digitizes patterns for garment development process and makes modifications of the pattern in graphic design software.
Creates and distributes product design and pattern documentation.
Applies standard company grading and ensures quality standards are used during the product development process and for final production.
Applies standard alterations and ensures quality standards are met during the pre-production order processing for special orders.
Prepares and creates patterns from plastic and paper based materials.
Performs such similar, comparable or related duties, as may be required, including guiding and assisting other CAD Marker Makers.
Working level knowledge in the use of CAD (computer-assisted drafting) equipment, and pattern cutting in the garment industry.

The Traffic Log Planning Editor will be responsible for editing multiple logs across multiple networks, in managing the accurate scheduling of the promotional and programming elements, timing, and delivery of the daily broadcast log. This position will support Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, Boomerang and truTV. The Editor will act as a liaison between the log team and the brands - executing the brand strategy for the daily log and proactively communicating any issues. This position is an F-35 Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) Project Manager. The role will be located at the customer's site in Ft Worth, Texas.
This position will provide support to the Lockheed Martin (LM) Modification, Repair, Overhaul and Upgrades (MRO&U) team within the F-35 Global Sustainment team by managing TCTD projects. The successful individual will work closely with the Tier 1 partners (LM, NGC, and BAE Systems) and the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO) during the execution stage of aircraft modification plans, capabilities, and deliveries.
The TCTD Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with multiple disciplines to plan, develop and execute modification/retrofit tasks associated with specific engineering changes for significant modification events. This position reports to the MRO&U Operations Project Management Manager.
Performs analysis of Initial Retrofit Plan (IRP) and establishes milestones to support modification/retrofit event. The successful candidate will work within the MRO&U Operations organization to assist with critical planning and milestone information with multiple authors, schedulers and leaders to achieve program objectives.
