REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
Responsible for all activities associated with Feeding the machine , stacking the equipment and helping the operators including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Load sheets into the feeder section of the Machine
Set-up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for production runs.
Stack finished boxes in accordance with factory master.
Ensure each unit has proper top and bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
Monitor quality of boxes and report quality problems to Operator.
Assist operator and first helper as necessary.
Ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
Report final count of piece unit to operator.
Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
Helps operators adhere to production schedule.
Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.
Additional duties may be assigned by management.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day to day counting, reporting, processing and movement of Finished Goods inventory produced by the production line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for the operation of a forklift in compliance with the standard operating procedures as defined through the GAF forklift training course.
2.Performs all work in a safe, efficient manner and follows all safety procedures.
3.Detect and report faulty operation, defective material and equipment and other unusual conditions to teammates and appropriate personnel through the forklift inspection work sheet. The forklift inspection must be completed daily, on each shift prior to operating the lift.
4.Collaborate with appropriate personnel to transmit and exchange information pertinent to work related activities.
5.Responsible for checking production schedules and communicating with other plant personnel (i.e. supervisors, group leaders, coater operators, chop cutter operators) on the adherence to the schedule.
6.Ensuring the production line has a timely supply of pallets in the pallet dispenser.
7.Remove finished pallets from the palletizer conveyors and surrounding area and transports to a designated area without restricting the production process.
8.Must keep accurate and neat paperwork. Continuous production counts must be kept and communicated to the appropriate personnel (i.e. supervisors, group leaders, coater operators, chop cutter operators) to ensure schedule attainment.
9.Performs quality checks on the material to ensure proper labeling, weight, and packaging. Identify and assist in the movement and rework of noncompliant material.
Ensures the pallets are stacked correctly, per product. Assists palletizer operator as needed.
11.Communicates with appropriate personnel regarding defective and/or hold material and coordinates rework activities to sort, scrap, or rework the material.
12.Assist in product changes, machine threading, sheet breaks and re-work as needed.
13.Assist with plant shutdown/startup duties as required
14.Meets all physical demands of the position as more fully described below.
15.Works scheduled shifts and overtime as assigned.
16.Complete area housekeeping requirements to maintain work area in neat and orderly condition per the housekeeping procedure.

Proven project management experience

The Salesforce Industry Marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate Product Marketing Director to be a leader, develop the vision and drive the go-to-market strategy for Consumer Goods industry marketing. In this role, you will be at the tip of the spear in transforming how Consumer Goods organizations engage with customers, employees and partners.
The Consumer Goods product marketing director will be responsible for determining our industry marketing strategy, collaborating with senior leaders in sales and product, aligning cross-functional teams and driving industry events and customer success - all combining to create a paradigm shift for how Consumer Goods organizations usher in digital transformation, build the workforce of the future and open new revenue streams.

Work with the industry's best go-to-market and marketing team to lead the Consumer Goods executive alignment and marketing strategy
Create compelling internal and external customer-facing presentations
Create visionary event marketing experiences, at Salesforce events along with third-party events
Drive the creation of thought leadership content and webinars to evangelize our message
Manage industry solution and/or product launch plans, working closely with the industry experts and corporate marketing teams to ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and pipeline
Partner with a world-class Product Management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
Dream up engaging product demonstrations that are used on stage, in videos and are the basis for customer engagements in the sales process
Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes (ranging from one person to hundreds of people)
Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
Partner with field marketing to execute innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, and web design to build pipeline
8-to-15 years experience in marketing, product marketing experience preferred
Marketing to Consumer Goods (CG) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and/or industry experience a plus, though not required
Proven leadership and ability to collaborate and motivate teams
Experience managing senior executive stakeholder relationships
Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks)
Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle and CRM applications
Proven speaker comfortable in large audiences
Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school)
