Constantly patrols all parts of all machinery and checks for quality defects on section and makes overhauls, repairs, or adjustments as needed.

Assist weaver as needed in repairing stops and creeling fill yarn.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES:Mandatory – Must be able to read and write in manner indicated on application.Preferred – Weaving and good mechanical aptitude.
Responsible for set up, test and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic or computer technologies. Follows and promotes 6S standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Starters are required to learn and perform the following functions. Other duties may be assigned.
Sets up the machine according to machine specific procedures.
Opens and closes machine when ready to run, check, and adjust.
Makes necessary adjustments during set up and run to insure quality work.
Monitors quality throughout the production run.
Completes the box Quality checks required on each order.
Performs the "Make-a-Box" quality check by folding up a box in the open position and checking for quality defects such as; glue joint, print quality, correct folding of all scores, and quality of board.
Shuts down machine and makes adjustments for quality when necessary.
Identifies any nonconforming material discovered during the run and notifies the department supervisor.
Enters production data into computer.
Clears machine jam ups.
Makes small mechanical repairs to equipment and reports significant and major mechanical failures to department supervisor immediately
Feeds corrugated blanks into hopper during run.
Checks quality of blanks being fed into hopper and communicates any quality problems to the operator.
Obtains required waste dunnage for top and bottom protector sheets for units.
Obtains required load tags for correct order identification.
Operates the load former for production run.
Stacks boxes onto the loadformer.
Ensures correct unit configuration per customer requirements.
Adheres to correct and proper clean up/housekeeping procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Starter/Player Assistant:

General Overview of Position
Under the general supervision of a field supervisor or the Clubhouse Manager, the Golf Course Starter is responsible for assisting players with the orderly flow of play at the municipal golf course in accordance with reservations and course policies. This position also performs a variety of unskilled and skilled manual tasks at the golf course as needed. The golf course operates seven (7) days per week based on a schedule of operation established by the Park Division. This is strictly seasonal, "at-will" employment which does not lead to permanent employment.
Please note that City employees (including seasonal employees) may only be employed in one classification at any one given time.
Example of Duties & Responsibilities
Assures orderly flow of golf play by locating groups and making substitutions as necessary in the rotation.
Monitors reservation system by accurately recording on starter sheets information on all players including number in group, actual starting times, number of carts in group, and finishing time.
Assures consistent adherence to course policies on number of players per cart, monitoring unauthorized food or beverages, and verifying green fee receipts.
Communicates to Clubhouse any changes or deviations from initial starting sheets.
Monitors supplies at starter station including score cards and pencils.

Implementation Specialist, Starter Products
This role serves as a customer on-boarding specialist for our Sales & Starter Products. You will be responsible for the customer's post purchase introductory training. This includes business consulting, technical setup, and product education for the CRM, and starter sales and marketing tools.
We're looking for Implementation Specialists to join our team to:
Act as a strategic consultant by establishing the business needs of each customer and delivering a tailored on-boarding plan
Deliver engaging, high-impact implementation and training services (via phone and web conference software) that drive adoption & sustained product usage
Engage the customer throughout their onboarding process by providing expertise on HubSpot tools, technical setup, and change management
Navigate the software and research and resolve complex software issues
Understand the business drivers for our customers and provide recommendations that will help them "move the needle" and meet their business objectives
Think critically about internal processes and utilize maximum efficiency and customer-centric methodology
You enjoy using your creativity and analytical skills to help customers grow
2+ year of experience in a customer-facing role

Your daily responsibilities include
Must enforce the West Virginia Racing Commission Rules of Racing while on the racetrack, writing reports of all violations that take place while on duty.
Ensures starting car vehicle is in proper working order prior to each race. Car and mechanical gate systems must have regular proper servicing and maintenance.
Once on racetrack with horses ensures proper parading of horses leading up to start of race.
Ensures all horses are aligned in the proper starting position leading up to start of race. Must control direction of gate vehicle in order to have a fair and safe start for all participants.
Will assist Starter in reporting any infractions occurring during race to judges.
Assists horse ambulance workers to remove injured horse from track.
Must be available to work for any training, schooling, racing or qualifying hours.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be licensed by West Virginia Racing Commission
Must have current and valid driving license
Must be knowledgeable of the Maryland Racing Commission Rules of Racing
Must have a valid driver's license
Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
