Job Summary Technical Channel Solutions (TCS) responsibilities include but are not exclusive to influencing behaviors in all of Apple’s repair channels to provide the best possible customer experience and drive repair metrics to our goals and beyond. We work closely with our Warehouse Engineering, Repair Centre Engineering and Response Engineering teams to ensure processes and product troubleshooting flows are up to date.
TCS strive to give continuous feedback to our diagnostics team on all product issues in the field for continuous improvements. Key metrics include iPhone (NTF) No Trouble Found, iPhone Same Unit Repair, Looper Rate, diagnostic usage and compliance & Fraud Prevention. We also ensure correct use of repair strategies e.g Mail in to Repair Centers or Repair at location, Other tasks include data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning. This exciting position seeks an exceptional, self-motivated, and experienced individual who possesses strong analytic skills and drive for results with experience in channel support or channel management
Key Qualifications * At least three to four years experience in a technical quality or engineering role
Customer Account Management a plus
Exceptional analytical and technical problem solving required.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent Customer Service handling skills
Experience in resolving technical, systems and/or perception issues with customers and working issues up through Engineering
Bachelor Degree required, but experience may be used in lieu
Diplomas, and Industry Certifications are advantageous
Description Influencing repair quality through behavior modification in Apple’s repairs channels, including Retail Stores, AASP’s, Carriers, Warehouse, Repair Centers and Contact Center. Identify potential issues, channels and trends in repair quality by ongoing analysis, tracking of repairs and escalations, analysis of reports for feedback to field service.
Proactively monitor ASP, Retail, Carrier and Repair Centre performance by ongoing analysis and tracking of key technical service quality metrics for iPhone, Mac, iPad and iPod, and conducting regular outreach, providing ongoing follow-up reporting, and conducting site visits where required. Works cross functionally with other teams to ensure business needs are addressed and customer satisfaction maximized. Flexible working hours required.
Provide clear, accurate and relevant data to management and internal stakeholders. In depth understanding of organizational goals and active participation in achievement of those goals. Other duties as assigned.
Education Technical Bachelors or equivalent work experience. Technical Account Management Experience is an advantage.
Previous project and/or people management experience. Previous experience in the repair/service industry is highly desired. Hands-on product experience (design, manufacture, or troubleshooting) is also highly desired.
Additional Requirements Fluent English Other: Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese a plus!

2 Looper Helpers (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM @ $11:00 per hour) - this position is fast-paced; candidates must work well with other; small team that has to work together in order to supply foam buns to the fabrication area; must be able to come in early or stay late depending on the workload.
1 Pour Line Helper (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM @ $13.00 per hour) – candidate will be required to pass a pulmonary/breathing test and will be fitted for a full-face respirator mask; must work well with other team members; must be able to come in early or stay late depending on the workload.
1 Baler – (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM @ $11:35 per hour) – candidate must have forklift experience; good math skills and able to add/subtract fractions is a plus; must be able to come in early or stay late depending on the workload.
2 Wrappers – (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM @ $11.00 per hour) – candidate must be able to come in early or stay late depending on the workload.
2 Machine Operators – (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM @ $13.00 per hour) – candidate must be able to read a tape measure.

Presses knee lever, depresses pedal, or moves hand lever to raise presser foot or spread feed cups.
Positions parts to be joined under presser foot and needle and lowers presser foot.
Starts, stops, and controls speed of machine with pedal or knee lever.
Guides parts under needle following edges, seams, guides on machine bed or markings on part.
Observes stitching to detect defects and notifies supervisor or Sewing Machine Repairer when defects are caused by machine malfunction.
Selects sewing supplies such as binding, braid, cord, piping, tape, thread, or welt, according to specifications or color of material.
Cuts excess thread or material.
Measures length or width of article to detect variation from customer or plant specifications.
Spreads article over table or rack and scans article to detect defective stitching, loose threads, color variations between thread and fabric, and uneven seams, corners, pleats, or hems.
Cuts excess threads with scissors.
Marks defects with gummed label or chalk.
Stacks articles that fail to meet specifications on handtruck or table.
