This position is responsible for providing efficient and professional access to GHS through communications including but not limited to marketed telephone lines, literature fulfillment, outbound call campaigns, and electronic interactions. The Physician Finder Specialist manages connections between callers and physician practices and/or healthcare services for appointments.
The primary role is to provide accurate marketing referrals to the caller and schedule new patient appointments when appropriate. Must maintain excellent knowledge of GHS physicians and services. Specifically; calls are answered timely, complaints and errors are addressed and resolved, marketing referrals are accurate, documented and converted to appointments, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
