Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Construction Management or Engineering a plus but not required
A minimum of five years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
Experience supervising and managing multiple subcontractors on multiple construction and repair projects

Scope of Responsibility:

Help to establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress, and completion schedules
Control all job site operations for compliance with contract requirements, noise and dust control, non-interruption of Owner activities, and utility shutdown procedures
Provide daily Safety awareness and inspections to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel at the job sites
Provide job site quality control checks to ensure the construction and materials are in accordance with project scope of work and Owner standards
Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, electronic daily reports for the project. Post reports on Contract intranet website
Together with the Project Manager, prepare agenda and hold job progress meetings with subcontractors to coordinate project progress with minutes distributed to all parties.
Schedule all project activities in compliance with project schedule timelines
Punch list management and project closeout requirements
Team player working directly with PSO, PM, QC and sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with Centennial's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures along with all local requirements (OSHA, USACE EM385.1.1, etc.)
Responsible for notifying supervisor if an HSEQ infraction is observed

Overview

Qualifications
Master's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field of study;
Master's degree plus at least two years of related professional experience in data analytics, data science, or related field, or five years of related professional experience if in possession of a relevant bachelor's degree;
Experience conducting statistical analyses and data mining using data management and visualization software (e.g. SAS, R, SPSS, Stata, SQL, SSRS, SQL Server, Minitab, and/or Tableau);
Possession of strong knowledge of and experience with analytical, quantitative, statistical, and biostatistical data analysis methodology and theory (e.g. opportunity analyses, risk adjustment and predictive modeling, program evaluation studies, probability and inference, longitudinal analysis, mixed effect modeling, logistic regression analyses, and model building techniques);

Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
