The Service and Lubrication Technician performs preventive maintenance on all field equipment. Work involves ensuring that all fuel and fluid levels are correct, lubricating points, inspecting all equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Employee is also responsible for maintaining inventories of all fuels, oils, and lubricants.
Examples of Duties
Fuels, lubricates, and checks hydraulic, transmission, radiator, and engine fluid levels on a daily basis.
Ensures proper air pressure on all equipment with tires.

Hauls equipment to location where work is being performed as necessary.
Repairs tires when appropriate and time permits.

Maintains sufficient inventory of fuels, lubricants, oils, and filters for equipment.
Makes emergency road calls to prevent costly down time.
Starts and moves all field equipment as necessary to complete the task assigned.
Directs traffic at construction sites.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Performs other related duties as required.
High School diploma or GED and a minimum one year of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Must possess a Class B Driver's License issued by the State of Texas.
Must obtain a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with "X" endorsement issued by the State of Texas within the first six (6) months of employment.

Responsible for performing Lubrication Services for all Beverage Manufacturing Equipment.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Lubrication of all types of machinery, use of low and high volume lubrication devices, developing lubrication maps, and Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Documents.
Use of oil filtration systems to include flushing and replenishment. Inspects and maintains oil levels in all machinery to meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
Takes oil samples and conduct analysis, changes oil in all machinery to meet OEM specifications, visually inspects machinery for defects and wear, generates work orders and requisitions.

AECOM is seeking an Industrial Lubrication Technician 3 to join our team of multi-skilled technicians in Electrical Apparatus manufacturing facilities in Waukesha, WI.
Scheduled work days and hours may vary based on critical business demand. Must be willing to work overtime when required.
Because this position rotates among three facilities within a 20-mile radius, a valid driver's license is required.
The Industrial Lubrication Technician 3 is responsible for providing an intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive maintenance on the buildings and facilities equipment, fixtures and systems in an industrial environment.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing inspections; checking sprockets, chains, bearings and related mechanisms in an industrial production setting; lubrication; cleaning; filter changes; and minor repairs to equipment.
May also assist higher level or specialized technicians with repairs to a wide variety of HVAC systems, electrical systems, control systems, lighting systems, steam systems, and overhead doors; troubleshooting and repairing lamps and lighting systems. Must have the ability to understand and work safely around 3-phase electrical power circuits.
Lubricates moving parts with specified lubricants.
Performs repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on buildings and facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems.
Performs basic troubleshooting, maintenance and minor repair of low voltage lighting systems and electrical equipment such as disconnects, faulty breakers etc.
Performs basic electrical repairs to switches, outlets, and lighting ballasts.
Understands and uses volt meters.
Operates a PC with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Responds and provides service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations and industry standards.
Recommends measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures and wearing PPE as required.
Operates various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments to help provide energy efficiency solutions.
Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools, laptop computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.
Maintains a strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment, yet demonstrates flexibility in the day-to-day activities and scheduling for the benefit of the customer.

Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, performs a broad range of loan servicing functions for all loan products including mortgage loans, consumer and commercial loans. The Mechanic / Ultrasound Lubrication Specialist plays a significant role in preserving and improving the inherent reliability of plant machines and systems by delivering and supporting precise machine lubrication practices in every aspect of the lubrication function throughout the facility.
This position will assume the role of leader in lubrication excellence and is responsible for routine re-lubrication with oil and grease, lubricant contamination control practices, machine inspections and troubleshooting, automatic lubrication systems inspection and troubleshooting, and oil analysis (sample collection, handling and resolution of issues) for all lubricated mechanical systems. Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five years working in manufacturing environment
A minimum of two years as an industrial mechanic
Meticulous with attention to detail
Experience with preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance practices
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment; basic understanding of types of lubricants and application each is suited

Execute management systems and mistake proofing to ensure 100% compliance/Zero Escapes operation and full execution of regulatory tasks.

Execute timely maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment & systems to provide fully functioning redundancy, and full system operation and performance.
Verify execution of work packages/tasks, detailed standard work & work step instructions, and proactively resolve & eliminate potential risks.
Maintain material & critical spares inventories – eliminating and reducing downtime.
Execute RCRA Hazardous Waste and Solid Waste management systems to comply with all regulatory & company requirements.
Execute waste management services so that accurate waste determination information is maintained and correctly aligns with all waste generation, storage, disposal, recycling, transportation, & recordkeeping requirements.
Support site waste generation goals by identifying legitimate recycling outlets and successfully recycling industrial wastes.
Manage export control relevant items: scrap hardware, engine parts, forgings, technical data, memory storage systems/devices, etc. in accordance with the EAR/ITAR and P&W Policies/ Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science/Engineering, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Engineering, or technical field.
Minimum 3+ years of Environment Systems Servicer experience.
US Citizen due to government contract requirements
Knowledge of Aerospace processes associated with forgings, castings, composites, wet chemistry, machining, metal finishing, etc.
Knowledge of inspection methods, process control/certification, Lean or Six Sigma tools, ACE operating system, or Continuous Improvement.
Experience with Export Control (ITAR, EAR).
Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
Waste Management experience.
Strong personal leadership skills to leverage staff personnel impact
Analytical & management skills to understand, anticipate, and control all failure modes.
Technical expertise in environmental regulations & compliance arenas: CWA, RCRA, TSCA, DOT, in support of manufacturing.
Aerospace scrap management and manufacturing shop operations experience.

Field Meter Servicer
Under general supervision, perform work pertaining to disconnecting, reconnecting, removing and installing single-phase and three-phase kilowatt-hour and demand meters not to exceed 260 volts and associated Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) equipment; read meters; investigate irregular readings, non-responding AMI components, energy diversion, tamper alerts, and inactive usage; contact customers, and perform single-phase meter test; to assist with meter inventory - inspect, maintain, service, pack and transport measurement equipment and other equipment as assigned, and perform associated duties. Must also provide assistance to first responders and Meter Electricians as required. Employee may perform miscellaneous, related and incidental work in addition to regular duties including overtime and call-out rotations as requested.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:
- Disconnect and reconnect electrical service to customer, as directed, by removal or installation of self-contained single and three-phase kilowatt-hour meters or combination demand meters not to exceed 260 volts, for service orders, disconnects non-payment, inactive usage, or as otherwise directed.
- Remove, install, or change self-contained single and three-phase kilowatt-hour or demand meters when the meter is broken, stopped, or operating improperly. Bypass meters and/or associated equipment, when necessary.
- Respond to service calls (including call-out rotations) on installations not to exceed 260 volts, single or three-phase and associated AMI equipment as assigned.
- Report irregularities and abnormal conditions and conduct the investigation of energy diversion and tamper alerts.
- Receive, inspect, test, adjust, clean, repair and program single-phase meters, take inventory of meter stock and resolve discrepancies as assigned.
- Develop a working knowledge of single-phase self-contained metering and metering practices. Read billing and non-billing meters, as may be assigned.
- Operate communication equipment, including entering data via the appropriate work management system .
- Assist in storm restoration activities as requested.
- Perform similar or less skilled work as assigned.
