Setup and operate a range of furnaces, gas and electric, as well as other related equipment to perform heat treat functions such as annealing, tempering, normalizing, hardening, carburizing, and stress relieving on a variety of bearing materials and tools steels.
Basic duties are:
Safely, correctly and efficiently setup and operate heat treat equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Maintain necessary records and ensure that documentation procedures are followed.
Prepare material for the heat treat process. Move material and parts as needed. Care is required to handle components to prevent damage.
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to a leader.
Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Train personnel as required.
Create and update setup-sheets and standard work procedures.
Gauge knowledge should be sufficient to operate all gauges in area of responsibility.
Shall be capable of performing inspections in accordance with issued work instructions. In order to meet the intent of this job description, the Heat Treater must obtain certification as required.
Keep leader informed of all machine, quality and quantity problems or audits as required.
Conduct or assist in problem solving events and meetings.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment as required.

Under general supervision, treats oil and gas wells for a variety of conditions. The most common of which include the prevention of corrosion, paraffin scale, water loading, and foaming and emulsions.
Operates company vehicles to transport chemicals to and from the well site. The number of well sites visited in one day is dependent on the region and can vary from 30-80 per day if the wells are in close proximity. Treater I will be responsible for reading gauges and understanding how to operate valves to prevent chemical leakage.
This requires an essential understanding of pressures. The job also requires the ability to read maps and to navigate using an innate sense of direction. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing PPE.

Treating wells on leases with the proper product and flush volumes on a specific, predetermined schedule.
Driving safety to and from the well site by following all D.O.T. and company regulations.

Completion of all company required safety rules and regulations including BBS, JSA, and near misses.
Loading product and flush water for treatments. Driver must calculate proper amount to load on a daily basis.

Heat Treater I
Responsible for performing a variety of heat treat functions on parts made of various alloys to promote change of physical properties of various metals for toughness and strength.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs a variety of heat treat functions involving typical operations as hardening, stress relieving and annealing according to according to blueprints, specifications, and/or special instructions.
Sets furnace temperatures and periodically checks for proper setting.
Responsible for minor furnace repairs such as changing thermocouples, loading baskets and/or liners with little or no supervision.
Adheres to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Weighs parts to produce part counts.

Assoc Cnslt-Us Treater/Hcp Marketing
Lilly is preparing to launch connected insulin pens and pumps to improve outcomes for those living with diabetes. Our Connected Care (CC) systems will integrate insulin-dosing data with daily blood glucose monitoring or continuous glucose monitoring data. In addition, our connected care devices will allow us to have a daily relationship with consumers, HCPs, and payers. This relationship will enable us to improve patient behaviors & outcomes.
The Manager of Treater / HCP Customer Marketing will execute the demand generation, adoption, and engagement for the Connected Care product portfolio within key treater / HCP segments. The position will work with the Director of Product Marketing to refine the go-to-market strategy, execute multi-channel marketing plans, and collaborate with the Field Team and Tech Ops to support treater / HCP onboarding and utilization using market-specific multi-channel promotional tactics and assets.
Marketing Channel & Program Execution
Define channel-specific execution plans leveraging detailed knowledge of CC product platform, digital marketing platforms, creative and content best practices
Support the execution of launch campaigns, marketing program rollout and key channels (e.g. digital, field, etc.), promotional tactics and campaigns (e.g. events, web, print) to drive HCP adoption and payer pull through
Support sales efforts, including internal product trainings, sales collateral development, lead generation and qualification
Project manage internal and external partners (marketing automation, creative, analytics) to drive execution of campaigns
Measure KPIs to improve performance across channels and campaigns to optimize new promotional opportunities
Treater / HCP Advocacy & Retention
Provide regular reporting to Product Marketing and Sales, including quarterly reviews with marketing leadership on KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve product features and offerings to Product Marketing, Product Management and Service Management
Asset & Content Development
Produce localized promotional assets, content, and communications; including customer facing collateral for engagement campaigns, speaking engagements and customer meetings
Convert product training materials (ex. IFUs, how-to-guides etc.) into tactical, customer friendly collateral and media (print, digital etc.) for treater / HCPs
Own appropriate regulatory and compliance reviews of customer facing collateral, including identification of areas of process improvement
20-50% travel may be required
