Pack Center Assembler - 1St Shift
Eaton's Residential Wiring Devices Division is seeking a Pack Center Assembler on 1st Shift to join on Charlotte, NC facility.
The Pack Center Assembler will pack various products and sometimes work on machinery which is part of the packaging process. You will be required to meet production standards that are attached to each job.

You will be packing and visual inspection of a variety of parts and products.
You will place materials in standard boxes, cartons or other containers for shipment or storage.
You will fold, stack, lift and arrange articles in cartons are container to prevent breakage or damage. Closes and marks packages.
You will attach labels and insert instruction sheets as needed and then placing carton on shipping pallets.
You may operate machinery to aid in the packing process

Required (Basic) Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC to be considered.

Toner Pack Materials Machine Operator
Our client in Webster, NY has an immediate opening for a Toner Pack Materials Machine Operator for a 7 month contract assignment (Possibility of extension).
2nd Shift (2:30PM to 11:00PM)
Pay on 2nd Shift: $14.10/hr
The toner pack materials machine operator is responsible for the packaging of toner products on automated pack lines
Going up and down stairs
Maneuvering pallet jack and walkie stacker
Understand all safety procedures and wear the required protective gear (ESD hard toe safety shoes and safety glasses required in the plant; bump cap in some areas)
Operate semi-automated and automated devices, such as robots.
Interface with computer systems and PLC's, and troubleshoot machinery using information provided by those systems (ie, alarm messages, fault messages).
Work on elevated platforms.
Reading and writing
Computer proficiency, including but not limited to, entering data
Starting, stopping, and resetting machinery and computer control systems.
Install whips into pack bins and hoppers utilizing tri-clover type clamps.
Identifying and verifying raw material usage per manufacturing procedure.
Monitoring material inventories at production station
Workstation and Pack Area housekeeping and organization.
Cleaning machinery between changeovers.
Setup and operate packaging and bottle loading workstations and equipment.
Monitor product quality per manufacturing procedures
Perform changeovers of production equipment, with the exception of Maintenance tasks.
Interface with Product Engineering and Maintenance groups.
Material handling and inventory.
Rework activity which may include breaking down corrugate, dumping toner, relabeling bottles, re-programming crums, etc
Reading and writing
Computer proficiency, including but not limited to, entering data
Starting, stopping, and resetting machinery and computer control systems
Education: High school diploma required.
