Coordinate with tool setters to make sure tooling is prepared when needed
Establish daily priorities by machining center
Work with Supervisors to determine workload and schedule to meet production requirements.
Complete understanding of CMBIS, including route sheets.
Frequently requires employee to work overtime. Hours of work schedule may not always be a fixed schedule.
Expedite operations that delay schedules, and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Serve as a technical drafting and CAD mentor for Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other departments.
Provide project management oversight for new and existing engineering design control systems.
Maintain open and effective communications with management, related engineering departments, manufacturing departments, vendors, and customers.
Maintain a high level of professional knowledge of product development, manufacturing, engineering standards, and recent product or process innovations.
Design and develop test fixtures, gaging, and equipment

We are looking for a Production Shop Supervisor within Tangier Plant in Morocco. The candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
