Education / Qualification

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Position may include Weld/Fabricator Supervisor, Assembly, Test or other manufacturing processes.

Production Machine Operator
The PMO/Storekeeper performs various packaging machine operations, functions, and Warehouse Storekeeper functions including but not limited to: Setting up of packaging equipment such as labelers, robot syringe packing machines, carton coders, and case sealers. Additional warehouse operations include hi-lo operation, order filling, shipping and receiving, waste cage maintenance, plastic recycling, reconciliation room maintenance, and full knowledge of SAP functions that pertains to the proficient operations of the Packaging and Warehouse Operation. These functions in the Penicillin Production of syringe products must be in accordance with the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), or other written and oral instruction.
The essential duties for this position include but are not limited to:
Performs all tasks as outlined in the Batch Card, SOPs, and/or Job Aids.
Effectively demonstrates and understands the SOPs and Job Aids pertinent to all assigned tasks.
Sets up/runs the packaging room labeler, robots, carton coder, case packer, case sealer, and all associated equipment and materials that are required to package.
Performs manual packaging operations as assigned by the supervisor according to the appropriate SOP or Job Aid.
Observes all SOPs and Safety and Health Regulations.
Re-stocks packaging supplies from line stock as required to maintain packaging operation.
Notifies supervisor, SMO and/or Quality Specialist of unusual or recurring defects in syringe products or packaging materials. Makes adjustments to correct labeling issues.
Maintains work area in a clean and orderly manner. Clears packaging room of packaging materials and does returns to warehouse stock after completion of each RX.

Verifies packaging supplies and product against product board, Batch Card and incoming material documents to assure correctness.
Signs pertinent forms as required, performs proper documentation signatures in Batch card, LUMAC, Refrigeration forms, chart recorders and any other related forms.
Participates in all required training programs to maintain required level of cGMP compliance.
Performs off-line inspection of product, such as In-Process Checks, Reserve sample procurement, Syringe Barrel recycling, as required.
Loads all outgoing shipments and fills out accompanying documentation. Receives all materials into the Penicillin Building and performs necessary documentation.
Maintains Waste Cage Documentation and Plastic Recycling Program organization and shipments or recycled materials to supplier.
Stocks warehouse shelves appropriately, issues production materials in SAP and has proficiency in SAP transactions when it pertains to warehousing and production functions.
