Wolverine Solutions Group is a full-service document management company, specializing in direct mail production and document management services We provide customized, cutting edge solutions for document execution, hard copy or electronic, for our clientele in both local and national markets.
The purpose of this position is to setup, maintain and repair all equipment at Wolverine Solutions Group. The technician is expected to work cooperatively with the Production Supervisors to assist with equipment maintenance needs. Training machine operators in the daily maintenance and setup of their machines and making them more effective is a large part of this position.

Sterile Processing Equipment Technician 1
Required: High School Diploma and minimum of up to six months job-related experience.
Certified in Sterile Processing, or obtained within one year of hire. Under close supervision, performs various manual and automated activities in the decontamination of equipment, specialty carts and instruments. Processes, sterilizes, and distributes surgical instruments, linen packs, various specialty carts.
Properly handles specialty scopes. Prepares case supplies for next day's surgical cases. Hours: 40 control hours.
Medical Equipment Processing Technician
The Medical Equipment Processing Technician is responsible for maintaining high standards for decontamination, visual inspection, and operational verification of small medical equipment to include IV Pumps, PCA Pumps, SCD Pumps, and epidural Pumps. Additionally they will assure proper PAR levels of these devices on the Patient Care floors (as allowed by census, and device availability). They will assure all equipment that is tagged as having an issue, is overdue for a PM inspection, or fails a visual or operational verification is not returned to service but is sent to an appropriate Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) for repair and or PM Inspection.
Minimum or Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associate of Applied Science preferred. 1 year of experience in Hospital or Nursing Home environment working with Universal Precautions preferred.

Principle Engineer, Aseptic Processing Equipment
The Process Engineer, Aseptic Process Equipment will have primary responsibility for providing technical ownership for the design, selection, and support of equipment, technologies, and systems used to manufacture and package aseptic products.
The incumbent will need to have experience working in the aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing setting with demonstrated success in a cross-functional team environment. This role includes collaboration with site and global manufacturing, finance, engineering, IT and quality functional resources.
Coordinate and conduct aseptic equipment engineering risk assessments and execute improvement plans for new and existing systems.
Participate in cross-functional investigations on problems/deviations including defining corrective and preventative actions.
Support Maintenance in advanced troubleshooting of aseptic equipment issues
Provide designs and recommendations for aseptic equipment upgrades and retrofits to remediate known challenges or improve equipment performance.

Responsible to ensure equipment and systems are running at optimal levels so the production team can meet customer requirements, including completing complex maintenance projects and specialized maintenance needs. The work experience must demonstrate possession of knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance procedures for high pressure positive displacement and centrifugal pumps; and the ability to read and comprehend crash/fire vehicle and equipment manufacturers' manuals for troubleshooting, repair, and operating procedures; repair synchronized dual engines; use volt-ohm meters, oscilloscopes and tools for electrical repair; maintain and repair equipment such as high pressure rotary and centrifugal pumps, turret controls, nozzles, and air compressors; express ideas verbally and clearly; and keep simple records.
License: Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class A, Endorsement N (tank vehicles - 1000 gallon or more capacity) with no restriction code K (air brakes). License must be obtained within six months from the date of hire.
Notes: If you have an out-of-state CDL, you must transfer it to a Hawaii-issued CDL by the time of appointment. For further information about obtaining a Hawaii-issued CDL, please call (808) 768-4185.
Also, for positions requiring a CDL, the Federal Department of Transportation regulations require pre-employment testing for controlled substances. If you are selected for this position, you will be informed by the hiring agency of when and where to report for testing.
Federal Criminal History Records Check: In accordance with Federal regulations, persons who are being considered for employment in positions which require unescorted access to secured areas at the airport, must undergo a pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check.
In order to be granted the Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance, prospective employees must not have been convicted, or found "not guilty by reason of insanity," of a disqualifying criminal offense within 10 years from the date of the application. Upon recommendation for hire, prospective employees will be required to successfully undergo the fingerprint-based criminal history record check and be found free of disqualifying convictions during the preceding ten years.
