Job Description and Responsibilities:
Wynn Boston Harbor is a luxury global destination gaming resort that will feature 671 hotel rooms with sweeping views of the Boston skyline and Boston Harbor, ultra-premium spa, specialty retail, award-winning dining, and state-of-the-art ballroom and meeting spaces. At a total cost of $2.4 billion, it is the largest private single-phase development in the history of the Commonwealth. Situated on the waterfront along the Mystic River and connected to Boston Harbor, Wynn Boston Harbor will include a six-acre park along the water that will feature pedestrian and bicycle paths that provide access to the harbor, an events lawn, picnic and public viewing areas, ornate floral displays and retail and dining experiences that overlook the Wynn Harbor Walk.

The Wynn Boston Harbor Entertainment Production Services, Resort Sound & Video Senior Manager will manage daily operations of the EPS department, sound and video operations across the property, including restaurants, public areas, outdoor areas, and elevators and sound systems, and guest room media content. The Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing convention production services, Resort sound and video requirements, ensuring proper training and supervision of department management & technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the management of the property sound and video, EPS strategy and ensuring alignment with overall Wynn Boston Harbor strategy; maximizing opportunities for departmental and company success; maintaining all Wynn Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience. This position will be accountable for Entertainment Production Services and Sound & Video related daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures all Wynn Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
Manage the execution of short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement. Identifies key drivers of success.
Manages the departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.
Manages the performance of team members under his/her area of responsibility.
Monitors all activities of the department to ensure that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls property wide are enforced.
Ensures department delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction.
Facilitates communication throughout the property by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all team members within the department and with other departments as appropriate.
Assists in hiring, performance management, and employee engagement within the department. Provides training opportunities, constructive and positive feedback at all levels. Creates a motivating environment.
Keeps informed of all new developments within the department and makes recommendations designed to maximize department and company success.
Manages department budgets, procurement and billing for maximum department efficiencies.
Creates proposals and accurate estimates for corporate productions along with show services.
Oversees the set-up, operation and strike of assigned events though established policies and procedures with superior customer service & communication.
Oversees billing, final invoicing and payment for services provided.
Effectively manages internal and external guest relations, some of which will require levels of patience, tact and diplomacy. Responsible for addressing guest and team member issues as appropriate.
Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
Must have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members, with all Wynn contractors, and in all interactions within the Host and Surrounding communities, as an ambassador of the Wynn brand.
Remains current on technology software and hardware available for EPS, sound and video; coordinates with IT to implement technology as needed.
Specifies all operating supplies and equipment needed for the department.
Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Age, Gaming and Certifications:
21 years of age or above.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall direction of clinical services. The Director of Nursing establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy while the Clinical Manager assists in daily workflow and case management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Receives case referrals. Reviews available patient information related to case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs. Assigns appropriate clinicians to case.
2.Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical
organization personnel. Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services provided by clinicians, conferences, record review, discusses and verifies impressions, instructs and guides clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available at all times during operating hours to assist clinicians as appropriate with intermittent weekend clinical support.
3.Provides guidance and counseling to clinicians and case managers to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnel.
4.Assists clinician(s) in managing clinical teams and planning. Reviews patient's clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures and clinical course.
5.Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated. Attends case conference meetings with organization personnel to facilitate coordination of care.
6.Assists the Executive Director/Administrator/DON/DOR in the preparation and administration of the organization's budget, supplies and DME.
7.Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes and increases or decreases in volume that could impact staffing levels, revenues or expenses. Shares daily scheduling needs, code changes and complaints.
8.Assists DON/DOR in development of skills and techniques in evaluating the performance of clinicians.
9.Assist with annual evaluations on clinicians, or more frequently if indicated. Assists Director of Nursing in the planning, implementation and evaluation of in-service and continuing education programs.
10. Oversees the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
11. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws and makes sure clinical documentation meets CMS, state and national standards.
12. Responsible for the oversight of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies, wound care supplies and equipment for the provision of patient services with collaboration of DON.
13. Oversees and assists with development, implementation, and evaluation of the orientation program for new organization clinical personnel. Responsible for orientation of new organization clinical personnel, directly or delegated by specialty.
14. Plans and implements, directly or delegated: in-service and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of organization personnel in collaboration with administrative team.
15. Assists with the evaluation of organization performance via quality assessment performance improvement program, productivity, quarterly and annual reviews. Assures for the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the Organization through administrative collaboration.
16. Assists in the development of organization goals. Develops, recommends, and administers Organization policies and procedures according to medicare/Medicaid COPs.
17. Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel.
18. Stays informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care; shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
19. Promotes home health referrals in the health care community.
20. In the absence of the Executive Director/DON/DOR will become the acting Executive Director/Administrator and will be vested with authority to act in behalf of the agency.
21. Assuring the development, implementation and updates to the individualized POC according to medicare and Medicaid COPs.
22. Assure communication with all physicians involved in the POC
23. Integrate all orders from all physicians involved in the POC to assure the coordination of all service and interventions for the patient
24. Integrate services to assure that patient needs and factors that could affect safety and treatment effectiveness are consistently up to date.
25. Coordinate care delivery to meet patient needs
26. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator.

Harris' Space and Intelligence Systems seeks Radiation Effects Engineer with expertise in space radiation to join our growing team. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting the development of precision navigation and timing products, and ensuring survivability in the on-orbit environment. This includes all phases of product development from initial architecture and development of interfaces and component requirements thru design, testing and verification, on to production support. Some products may require operational support and on-orbit anomaly resolution. Tasks will include characterization of space environment impacts on system performance, testing and selecting parts, and evaluation of alternative designs for optimum robustness and performance.
Determine and specify space environments for systems, subsystems and components.
Understand space environment interactions with spacecraft components and materials.
Perform analysis and modeling of designs against expected environments to verify robustness.
Assist with requirements analysis and parts selection recommendations (eg. SCD's, PAR's).
Apply understanding of Total Ionizing Dose, Displacement Damage, and Single Event Effects
Plan and execute component testing for TID, SEE, DD, Prompt Dose (Flash X-ray).
Prepare test reports, present results and achieve customer approvals.

Systems Assurance Radiation Effects Engineer II
Perform the engineering required to establish the basis for independent technical evaluations of hardware architecture-, segment-, and system-level designs as it relates to the selection, evaluation, analysis and documentation of radiation analysis, design, materials and effects on the system across customer and program portfolios. Lead applicable analysis to ensure that the design has sufficient performance margins, survivability, resiliency, and pedigree to meet systems-level radiation requirements to achieve mission success in the operational environment. Responsible for reviewing all mission, system, and design-level requirements and informing the system design through mission and on-orbit analysis to ensure compliance with the requirements and overall mission objectives. Responsible for thorough research of available characterization or test data.
What You'll Do:
Work with management to assess program radiation requirements, research available databases for applicable system and component radiation performance and test data, develop, supervise, and run tests as necessary to evaluate system and/or component susceptibility to radiation environments.
Interpret government and program radiation requirements and derive requirements based on mission/system/operational environment.
Provide design and verification of system-level electronics to withstand the space radiation environment.
Prepare and present a summary of radiation analyses at customer design reviews as needed.
Provide the evidence necessary to support radiation survivability claims and to substantiate the determination that the system meets requirements and supports overall mission objectives.
Work across all program phases, supporting proposals, defining specs, developing designs, supporting subcontractor analyses, and radiation testing. Responsible for developing and implementing radiation assurance plans for various programs as needed.
Organize and control company component radiation data for ease of access, generate radiation analysis reports for internal and external review / approval, coordinate with other departments for project inputs and requirements, prepare and present summary of radiation analyses at customer design reviews as needed, and peer review technical reports and papers.
Support the generation of time-phased/staffing estimates for Systems Assurance, radiation work-products, and required Design Assurance inputs in support of system-level radiation product deliverables. Develop detailed development schedules and manage team activities to meet delivery milestones.
Promote development of a strong team by participation in key aspects of the project and mentoring more junior team members. When delegating, establish clear expectations by providing well-defined tasks with clear entrance/exit criteria, due dates, and associated budgets.
Manage company-wide technical and programmatic priorities in relation to customer technical and programmatic priorities.
Work with classified documents which requires thorough knowledge of DoD procedures for the proper usage and safeguarding of classified information.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units, and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

BS degree or higher in Physics, Engineering or a related technical field is required, plus 5 or more years of related experience.
TS/SCI security clearance preferred.

The Radiation Assurance Test Engineer uses the system radiation requirements, and the part specifications, to prepare a Radiation Hardness Assurance Plan.
The highly engaged engineer will support or lead a cross discipline team of design and system engineers, while providing radiation test and analysis results, advice on requirements flow down, modeling and analysis reports, and recommendations for mitigating radiation effects. The Radiation Assurance Test Engineer supports or leads the Parts, Materials, and Process Control Board to assure radiation requirements are met, and works directly with the board, supply chain, Design and Quality Engineering, to achieve a balance of cost, schedule, and performance objectives with respect to radiation requirements and risk. The engineer exhibits sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
