Assistant Property Manager Include:

- Aid in monitoring staff for the successful operation of the community.
- Responsible for specific tasks and overseeing special projects for the community.
- Assist with Payroll and other employee issues as they arise.
- Abide by company policy regarding fair housing.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements for an Assistant Property Manager:
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Position requires extensive mobility, such as: frequent inspections, resident leasing activities, climbing stairs, inspecting breezeways, etc.

Puget Sound Regional Manager
Description The mission of the Washington State Conservation Commission (SCC) is to lead the citizens of the state in the wise stewardship, conservation, and protection of soil, water, and other related natural resources. SCC does this by working directly with Washington State's 45 conservation districts and land owners to help citizens protect renewable resources through the use of proven, incentive-based practices. SCC is currently hiring for a new Puget Sound Regional Manager (PSRM) The role works independently and is responsible for a wide variety of activities to support the agency's position of a strong statewide system of conservation district landowner stewardship of natural resources. In addition, the PSRM provides assistance to:
Assigned conservation districts in creating and implementing policies and programs which improve their ability to benefit natural resources;
Recommend management strategies to district supervisors relating to planning, budgeting, personnel, and interagency coordination;
Perform field audits of district programs. Position also assists with the implementation and operation of particular agency programs. Duties This position will provide direct assistance to the Puget Sound Conservation Districts. The position will be the lead regional manager for these districts and will be responsible for the following: District Board Members Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Builds and maintains effective working relations with each District Supervisor;
Provides/facilitates board member development of knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill their responsibilities, through SCC delivery of products, tools, and training; and
Assists with connecting board members with their area, state and national associations, and SCC. District Employees Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Assists in the creation of "Learning Institute" and provides training for increasing employee knowledge, skills, & abilities, including measuring the effectiveness of the program;

Connection to the Community, Clients & Partners * Helps districts create and maintain effective working relationships with community, clients, and partner agencies and organizations;

Encourages and coordinates resource conservation activities between county, state, and federal units of government and the conservation districts.
Operations, Coordination, & Oversight * Facilitates and assures completion of the district long range, annual planning, annual reporting, and budget activities;
Provides model guidance (prevention) and direct assistance (based upon that guidance) to districts on common procedural requirements and issues (examples include - elections, appointments, accounting, other); * Provides direct assistance to districts utilizing an evaluation tool that would include modules on financial, operations, governance, program delivery, relationships, and agreements with partners;
Facilitates information sharing regarding other district programs and operations;
Serves as the principal Commission link between conservation districts and SCC on programs affecting conservation districts and their cooperators; and
Plans, directs and coordinates special projects for the Commission and for conservation districts including, but not limited to, supervision of the preparation of grant proposals for conservation districts as well as utilizing and coordinating available support functions from within the Commission or from other appropriate outside agencies and organizations.
Communications & Services Provided within SCC by Regional Managers * Assists other SCC staff and Executive Director with critical information needs (significant change(s) in the district, state audits, suspected fraud and misappropriation, major accidents, other issues) and issues resolution by utilizing the lead role structure for information sharing.
Operations & Administration Tasks * Provides effective operations, administration, and reporting detail (including: Email management, time sheets, travel vouchers, leave slips, vehicle reports, unanticipated requests from other SCC staff, new staff training, research, and operations issues); and
- Develops work plans necessary to implement the goals and objectives of this position. Qualifications *
Required* * The position requires a working knowledge of laws, policies and procedures which impact Conservation Districts.
The position requires a clear understanding of larger state and federal policies which impact the direction of Commission and conservation district programs as well as an ability to translate those larger imperatives into appropriate recommendations for district boards of supervisors.
Demonstrated proficiency with WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ACCESS, INTERNET * Proficiency in time management and managing multiple activities.

Nuclear Effects Subject Matter Expert For Rfis
Coordinate and integrate the agencies response to nuclear effects-related requests for information from the Combatant Commands, DoD Agencies, and Services. Work with the Government Staff and Nuclear Effects Users to provide support to address gaps in nuclear effects modeling. Serve as a subject matter expert to direct innovative research in modeling effects from high-altitude nuclear detonations.
Present scientific and engineering principles supporting proposed research and development.
