Responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and all necessary documentation of all assigned patients of all age populations. Physical Therapist has to be proficient in Manual therapy techniques There is the expectation that candidates will have satisfactory skill in examining peripheral and spinal dysfunctions, basic knowledge of common diagnostics (MRI, x-ray, and CT scans), understanding of common orthopedic conditions and impact on spinal/peripheral dysfunction, ability to learn the “Dutch Philosophy”* and skill to learn the specific manual techniques (Boers*) of peripheral and spinal joints. will be provided if necessary.
Ability to work directly with the hospital’s pain management and spine center for care of their spine related patients of all age groups.
Physical Therapist needs knowledge/interest in golf, department has a specific interest in golfers with spine problems, Physical Therapist will have the opportunity to train and utilize biomechanics equipment within department (Motion Capture, OPTO-gait, and biofeedback EMG.) Also responsible for appropriate delegation of patient cases to licensed PTA with appropriate follow-up, as well as overseeing of Rehab Care Aides in outpatient setting.
Education: Graduate of an accredited college of Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Registered Physical Therapist license in the State of Georgia.
Experience: Physical Therapist with 3 years of clinical experience with interest in biomechanics, orthopedics and spine. GOLFER PREFERRED.

Master's degree in Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Drama Therapy or a related Mental Health field from an accredited college or University is required.
Coursework in music, art dance/movement or drama therapy theory and methods, psychiatric diagnosis and assessment, psychopathology, personality theory, human development, individual and group psychotherapy required.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing required.
One (1) year of experience providing group therapy using a C&EAT discipline (music, art, dance or drama therapy) preferred.
Previous experience working with a mental health or psychiatric population highly desired.
Graduate internship training hours count as experience for this position.
Must be physically capable of providing direct total physical care to unpredictable, potentially violent mentally ill patients as necessary, including lifting, supporting, running towards or away from areas where problems are occurring and pushing and pulling equipment such as wheel chairs.

Facilitates patient/family relations in the context of Patient- and Family-Centered Care. Includes family members in assessment and interventions, providing education and support to families as appropriate.

To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in Creative Arts Therapy (Art Therapy preferable). Must be certification/registration eligible upon hire, with certification by the appropriate credentialing organization and LCAT within one year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification and LCAT with at least 1 year specifically in art therapy experience in a healthcare setting.
