POSITION SUMMARY: Provides excellent customer service as a first point of contact to retail customers and maintains the sales floor to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
Partners with team members in a fast-paced environment to expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor. Provides operational support to management team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide professional, friendly, and courteous service to all customers inside the store, outside of the store, and on the phone.
2.Accurately handle cash, including, but not limited to, make change, operate and maintain the cash register and credit card machine, and use of calculator when needed.
3.Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays.
4.Maintain knowledge of merchandise and answers customer’s questions courteously and promptly.
5.Maintain racks and shelves stocked with merchandise, keep floor merchandise neat and orderly (racks, shelves, bins, and hangers), arranges merchandise to maximize sales and in accordance with GCT standard practices, and assist customers with purchase selection if requested.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Maintain an orderly and clean register area.

3.Perform store upkeep duties as needed to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping shelves and dusting (including restrooms and dressing rooms).
4.Occasionally assist donors and customers outside of retail locations, greet donors, receive donations, and supply donors with receipts.

The Finisher will be responsible for inspecting and testing of all tanks and trailers prior to customer delivery to confirm that each product is in compliance with quality standards. Aluminum MIG and TIG weld at a level that meets the Beall quality standard.
Climb on top of and inside of tanks. Must have the ability to work in confined space and fit through 16" manholes.
Must be cleared to use a half mask respirator and wear the required PPE for the fall arrest fall protection system.
Inspect tanks to blueprints and specifications, holding to Beall quality standards.
Perform and document pressure, vacuum and hydro tests
Calibrate tanks and document results
Must be able to install tire and wheels on trailers
Remove and install piping on tanks as needed
Final detail of tank, including repairing any minor scratches or imperfections, installation of non-skid tape, removing plastic film, install warning decals, cleaning inside and outside of tank, and any other details necessary.

2.Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, methods, materials and tools and ability to use simple to moderately complex measuring devises and fixtures.
3.Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
4.Good manual dexterity.
5.Ability to lift and/or maneuver objects weighing thirty to fifty pounds and occasionally up to one hundred twenty five pounds.
6.Ability to work in conditions which may include exposure to noise, fumes, crowding, abrasions, cuts, and chemicals.
