As a Patient Intake Coordinator you will
Act as the main point of contact for Coram's patients, caregivers, referral sources, and Sales team.
Resolve patient issues and respond to phone and fax inquiries regarding in-home IV order requests.
Assess patient needs and document all communication in the Electronic Medical Records system regarding coordination of care.
Communicate with various departments by providing information pertaining to equipment,supplies, and services needed to start patients on service with our company.
Collaborate with Coram's insurance professionals to verify patient benefit coverage and financial responsibility.
Relay insurance coverage and patient responsibility to referral sources, Sales, and patients. Discuss patient responsibility and documentation required for billing of services.
Confirm start of care details with all parties to ensure a seamless transition into homecare for our customers.

Operates the position in a professional manner while optimizing team morale, and hotel profitability. Directs and coordinates activities of the hotel staff/corporate staff to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. These duties include:
1. Review and Process all property Payroll weekly
2. Insure that all Payroll Information is accurate and complete per state and federal standards
3. Assist and Training all property managers in processing their payroll and loading employee information
4. Insure all information in Hotel Effectiveness is accurate and kept updated
5. Submit to Supervisors on later than Tuesday Afternoon weekly payroll processing totals to approve.
6. Review all Night Audit Paperwork against M3 Daily Report on a daily basis.
7. Insure all information is accurate on M3 Daily Report and submit reviewed reports to the Controller on a daily basis.
8. Code all new invoices from hotels (Weekly Packages) accurately and within the time required.
9. File all documents in a timely manner.

12. Answer the Phone and Take Messages at the ROHM Office.
13. Keep all financial information reviewed and prepared confidential.
