The Public Health Licensing Bureau is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team! The role of the State Licensing Surveyor will be to conduct/lead State licensing surveys and complex complaint investigations for health care or child care facilities.
The State Licensing Surveyor will observe and assess staffing functions within child care facilities, along with writing legal orders related to enforcement actions to be taken against regulated child care facilities.
The individual in this role will audit records and public files, while assisting team leaders in reviewing patient/client and quality for care assessment issues in licensing surveys and complaint investigations.
