The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for providing protection and communication with hotel guests and employees. He/she is also responsible for patrolling hotel premises to maintain security, detect and report fire, security and safety hazards and/or violations of Highgate Hotel's rules and regulations.
Use proper radio etiquette at all times.
Maintain visual contact with the Front Desk/Night Auditor and the front door of the hotel by remaining in the Lobby area when not on property walks.
Maintain and review daily activity log.

Laser Marker Operator
Eaton's Aerospace division is currently seeking a Laser Marker to join our team! This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility.
The Laser Marker is responsible for set up and operation of all Laser equipment. Understand all safety procedures involving the Laser function. Understand blueprints and its relationship to laser marking the product. Ability to use measuring devices to ensure accurate positioning of marking.

You will be trained in use of a Class 1 (protected) and Class 4 (unprotected) laser marker system, including all safety procedures, including Personal Protection Equipment and 5S Philosophies and laser room functions, fire extinguishers, ventilation, safety interlocks, fume extraction, etc.
You will Familiar with the functional checks and basics of the equipment. Notify maintenance personnel of need to scheduled or required service.
You will Interact with Laser using LaserCad User Interface to call up and activate required programs to accomplish specified mark. Contact Level 2 personnel or assigned manufacturing engineer for mark corrections.
General knowledge of hand measuring tools, optical comparator, etc. to evaluate marked part content / location. Submit first article for inspection as required.
Understand and Utilize provided tooling to accurately position parts for marking.
Laser mark parts in accordance to drawing specifications and / or customer requirements.
Knowledgeable of appropriate Customer and Mil specs, etc. needed for day-to-day marking activities
Visually evaluate mark for acceptance to specified criteria.
Knowledgeable of 2D Matrix theory and practices
Use Verification equipment including camera and scanner to capture and evaluate 2D Matrix marks manufactured by Laser process
You will utilize 2D Matrix log to capture and archive Matrix images
Apply protective coating (Alodize) as defined per drawing and or router instructions
Responsible for continuous improvement and cost out activities

Removes sections of monument from truck bed and guides stone onto foundation, using skids, hoist, or truck crane.
Aligns and levels stone, using rule, square, plumb line, wedges, and crowbar.
Spreads mortar on stone with trowel and sets subsequent sections of stone in position according to numbers or letters marked on stone.
Fills joints between stone with mortar and finishes joints, using trowel.
Removes excess mortar from monument, using water and brush.
Works as member of team to erect monuments.

This opportunity is being offered by National Aerospace Solutions, the team selected by the U.S. Air Force to conduct Test and Operations Sustainment at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. AEDC operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units located in six states. Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world. AEDC is one of three installations which are part of the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), one of six subordinate commands of the Air Force Materiel Command organization and an important national resource.
AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, ground and flight test. Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.
NAS currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Mechanical Design Engineer for Machine Design to join our team in Tullahoma, TN.
Mechanical Design Engineers design, evaluate, analyze, and assist in the fabrication and installation of hardware across the complex, including process piping systems, drive systems, mechanisms, and test hardware. Mechanical design engineers work closely with test and system engineers in development of design requirements and ensuring proposed designs meet those requirements. Close coordination with manufacturing is required to ensure economic and feasible designs.
Some specific tasks associated with this type of work include (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Develop concepts for new hardware and provide thermal, structural, flow, or any other required analysis to support the proposed design. Evaluate the analysis results for suitability relative to applicable codes and standards.
- Designing one-of-a-kind of mechanisms, wind tunnel models, and test fixtures including associated stress analysis.

We are looking for a brilliant mind to join our team, working on solving very real and important problems. You will take a leadership role in our algorithm team to develop machine learning and behavior matching with respect to jobs, culture, work environments and much more.
Our R&D office is at University of Cambridge, England but our founder is opening the US office in Austin and you will be working with the US team and our CTO (also American) via comms back in England. The time difference is something we will all need to discuss.
