Certified Addiction Specialist (CAC II)- Medication Addiction Treatment (MAT) program
The licensed addictions therapist provides direct care to participants of our MAT and Behavioral Health program with diagnoses that include addiction and substance abuse issues.
Conducts individual and group therapy in accordance with treatment plans and maintains caseload as assigned by Clinical Manager
Coordinates with the referring agencies and/or funding source, community contacts, family, legal system, and other professionals involved in the participant's treatment.
Maintains timely documentation of progress notes in electronic medical records system, enrollment paperwork, and monthly reports.
Complies with DBH and managed care standards regarding regular utilization review of all assigned cases in order to meet all licensing requirements for treatment of populations served
Consults with the milieu staff regarding clinical issues by monitoring the delivery of clinical services and identifying and assisting in training needs in order to provide clinical direction of Mary's Center staff.
The CAC II will assist in scheduling medical follow-up appointments and provide care coordination services on behalf of the participant with both internal and external providers.

About the Role
Teachers are responsible for leading well rounded functional group or private classes and/or sessions as mutually agreed upon between teacher and supervisor. The type of class may include, but is not limited to Yoga, Pilates, bar, sculpt, TRX, core, Hiit, Bootcamp, etc, and will be assigned according to the teacher's expertise and training.
