The PCP ED Mat Tech is responsible for providing direct patient care to a specific group of patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Participates in care of patient as applicable
Participates in discharge care of patients
Communicates identified deficiencies/problems to the appropriate nurse
Promptly notifies licensed nursing personnel of situations which require immediate attention
Maintains one-to-one observation on designated patients once CPI has been completed
Feeds patients or provides assistance as needed and communicates pertinent information to the nurse. (i.e.) poor appetite.
Maintains knowledge of special diets and dietary restrictions as directed by the nurse
Records calorie count information when ordered.

Experience: Previous experience in delivery of health care preferred
Education: A high school diploma or equivalency required; Successful completion of Care Partner Orientation program including classroom and clinical components.
Licenses / Certifications: Completion of AHA – BLS Healthcare Provider Course

The Associate-Material Handler will perform any and all of the tasks to receive, process inventory and ship merchandise in a manner that meets company standards for accuracy, safety, security, productivity and quality to meet level of service goals.

Move merchandise to staging area, verify SKU and quantity check for damage, and verify that order is
complete and processed.
Verify merchandise order is accurate and complete, process, sort, scan load in trailer and process documents.
Responsible for the upkeep of equipment and tools provided by the company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Outside environmental conditions found in the Distribution Centers, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.

Provides Substance Use Disorder, co-occurring substance use and mental health disorder treatment to individuals, groups and/or families. The licensed addictions therapist provides direct care to participants of our MAT and Behavioral Health program with diagnoses that include addiction and substance abuse issues.
Conducts individual and group therapy in accordance with treatment plans and maintains caseload as assigned by Clinical Manager
Coordinates with the referring agencies and/or funding source, community contacts, family, legal system, and other professionals involved in the participant's treatment.
