The Information Technology Director will help build, deploy and maintain a highly available, elastic, enterprise solutions for the enterprise. You will own the 24x7 global support, operational maturity model, operations provisioning process and monitoring to ensure availability, reliability, recoverability and optimum performance.
You will have ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, professional services, and application teams to prioritize initiatives, balancing internal priorities with customer expectations. This is a hands-on senior level position managing a team of engineers supporting the enterprise.
- As Information Technology Manager, you’ll own operations and administration of our production cloud platform (e.g., AWS) to ensure reliability, recoverability and optimum performance.
- Deliver service availability at or greater than 99.9% uptime in the cloud at specified concurrency and performance levels.
- Work with internal and external partners and vendors to maintain 24x7 global operations support.
- Develop and manage multiple, large-scale global enterprise relationships, working with technical and business leaders.
- Manage the reliability of our multipoint data and voice network at the corporate headquarters, and at the stores and distribution centers.
- Deploy and utilize automation tools to minimize human operational requirements, provide flexibility and elasticity across cloud infrastructure providers, and facilitate easy movement to and from the cloud for clients.
- Create, manage and report against KPIs for the platform’s operation, overseeing all platform change management and deployment activities.
- Implement and maintain full operational compliance against various security and compliance requirements
- Consistently improve performance and reliability as the platform scales, driving continuous improvement through operational metrics.
- Technical aptitude and a passion for staying current with new and upcoming technologies to ensure the best possible solutions.
- 5+ years managing enterprise cloud operations and environments.
- 5+ years managing large scale public cloud application deployments.
- Proven experience leading a globally dispersed team.
- Strong prior experience managing projects, activities, vendors and infrastructure activities in a virtual/cloud environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge and long term practical experience in the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of virtual/cloud systems.
- Expert in at least one preferred by not required: MS Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Proficient experience managing outages, customer escalations, crisis management and other similar circumstances.
- Experience with common vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools.
- Knowledge of common computer security issues, including network and application vulnerabilities.
- Any certifications a plus.
- Experience with the phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Retail experience a plus

Summary: The Director of Emergency Services shall act as the expert resource and Interim Director/Manager of Emergency Services for hospitals as requested by VP of Clinical Support Services, Division, OR'senior Management. This person will provide interim ED leadership for assigned hospitals in order to support and promote the development of the Emergency Department performance and the delivery of high quality of clinical care consistent with the mission of the hospital health system. This leader will provide consult services to other entities regarding program development, departmental operations, quality patient care and patient safety.

Masters Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration, or other health/business field, or currently actively enrolled in Masters Degree program in Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration or other health/business related field is preferred. BSN required Must have at least yearsof Director of ER experience Technical knowledge of ED nursing, evidence based practice, and the continuum or care. Training and experience with process improvement, department performance management and optimization, and associated data analytics expertise is required.
Knowledge of computer systems, information systems, information management, and data analysis. Minimum of five years experience in varied disciplines of ED nursing. Minimum of five years experience in management and administration.
Preferred experience in multiple healthcare settings or healthcare system with multiple sites of operation. Experience in both community and tertiary care facilities are preferred.
