Clinical Director- Paradigm Therapeutic Day School
The role of the Clinical Director of Paradigm Therapeutic Day School (Paradigm) is to provide leadership and direction for the clinical program including, but not limited to, the supervising and defining of individual treatment, family and group therapy; the implementation of evidence informed programming; the development of additional specialized clinical programs; and the development of programs or tools that support the social and emotional learning of the entire community.
Responsible for the overall function, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the program. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the school’s policies, applicable laws and governmental regulatory agencies. Participate in the student interview process by reviewing referral information and attending interviews with the Principal in order to decide whether the placement is appropriate. Represent the school in local, regional and state meetings that impact and relate to the continuous growth and development of the school.

- Extensive experience working in schools and supporting children with emotional challenges
- Experience providing clinical supervision and team integration to help students balance academic needs with mental health needs
