This is a Milker position, responsible for following milking procedures for milking dairy cows, cleaning and washing milk barns. Must be able to work rotation schedule (6 days on 2 days off).
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Precision Machine Tool Mechanic - Machine Maintenance
Safely work with minimal supervision on precision machine tools in an industrial environment. Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate machine malfunctions. Perform repairs, modifications, and overhaul of lathes, mills, multi-axis mill-turn, broaches, precision grinders, numerical control machines. Repair, renew, and/or replace bearings, shafts, gears, and reassemble, and functionally test precision machine tools. Level, lay, scrape, and flake beds and ways to exacting and coordinated tolerances. Fit and scrape bearings; assemble gear trains and fit to exacting tolerances and align spindles, columns, ways, etc. Perform Preventative Maintenance on machines.
High School Degree, GED or equivalent
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine problems in a production environment.
Controls, Hydraulics and pneumatic systems troubleshooting.
Ability to perform precision alignments, ball screw installation and troubleshoot machine mechanical problems.
Able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC machining centers in a safe and efficient manner. The duties include the operation of a CNC machining center that are commensurate to industry standards, with regards to program edits, setting up of tooling, and setting up the machine tool in general. Secondary deburring and packaging of finished parts, along with moving products to appropriate locations via appropriate equipment (i.e. fork lifts, cranes, pallet jacks) is required.
2+ years of experience operating CNC machining (milling) centers working with large parts in a heavy manufacturing environment is required.
Able to set up and edit programs and adjust fixture & cutter comp; Tool Offsets, RPM & Feed Rates, change and adjust program details such as X-Y-Z locations is required.
Overall understanding of optimizing CNC programs as needed.

About This Position

What You'll Do:
Verifies sizes of parts, and ensures parts will meet the customer's requirements by properly performing layout operations. Completes non-conforming material reports (NCM) when necessary.
Loads and unloads machines with aid of overhead crane. Operates machine and material handling equipment with care to avoid damage. Utilizes a variety of below hook lifting devices as appropriate for the part/task.

Sets up and operate saw/lathe/mill/core tester, etc. selecting proper feeds and speeds. For mills, adjusts speeds and feeds in accordance with the milling calculator to maximize chip removal rate and carbide life. Adjusts saw feeds and speeds per the charts and as per the procedure for blade 'break-in'. Maintains spare cutter(s) ready to install.
Performs preliminary Equi-tip tests and final Brinell hardness tests as required.
Performs final dimensional inspection of product and completes dimensional sketch as required.
Performs final saw cuts to length tolerance.
