Highly skilled mechanic who safely perform diagnostic, maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant which includes mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.
Perform component diagnostic, replacement and repairs on, but not limited to: crushers, overlaying conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lube systems, compressors, filter drums, hydraulic filter presses, foundry pumps and lubrication systems
Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance: Identify potential failures/noises/wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, and gear boxes
Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed
Performs welding (Stick, Tig)
Train and mentor other employees
May operate equipment such as: forklifts, overhead cranes, pneumatic air tools, and small mobile equipment
Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as needed
Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in Mill mechanical/maintenance or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance
Ability read and use schematics and blue prints
Time management skills

Job Description:
Chip Mill Technician
Safely and efficiently operate chip mill processes to facilitate purchase and delivery of pulp wood and logs to company facilities, including partnering with independent wood suppliers and loggers. The chip mill process the tree length timber into wood chips and transports these related by-products to facilities via truck and rail.
Role reports to: Chip Mill Supervisor
Job Requirements:

This position is responsible for the manufacturing and shipping of animal feed. Responsibilities include:
Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, batching mixers, pellet mills, grinders, grain cleaners; receives ingredients by truck and rail, monitors ingredients inventory levels.
Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements.
Run Logics Real-time equipment. Schedule production based on customer demands. (Mixer)
Schedule runs per FDA guidelines.
Perceive safety as top priority, and comply with all Cargill & location safety policies & procedures

Branch Assistant Mgr 1 Nmls- Mill Valley Downtown
The Branch Assistant Manager fosters a sales and customer centered culture in accord with Bank values, policies and guidelines in which all employees may perform their best work in a team environment. Leads and coaches staff to an exceptional customer experience.
