Train and become proficient with assisting store manager in processing of donated goods and sales to achieve revenue budget and expense to revenue (E/R)
Assumes training and supervision of employees and volunteers in procedures on an as-needed basis.
Must work a flexible schedule to comply with the needs of the store.
Continue to operate cash register ensuring proper handling of cash, check, credit card transactions and merchandise returns
Continues to perform housekeeping duties to maintain premises in compliance with Agency safety and housekeeping practices includes vacuuming and cleaning of restrooms, etc
Continue to perform stock duties such as sorting and hanging garments, placing them in the appropriate rack, keep pulling systems up to date
Provide own transportation and adequate liability insurance for such.
Must maintain the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards and ensure safety training throughout areas supervised and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.

Generally 8 hour shifts with the need to work overtime, weekends and holidays on occasion.
Our ideal candidate enjoys a hands-on work environment and is looking for a job where they can prove they can learn new tasks, advance and take any and all responsibility for their safe work behavior and the safety of their coworkers. The Shift Miller works under the direction of the Head Miller and is responsible for the optimum-milling yield while maintaining maximum production on their respective shift. During their shift, the Miller is responsible for the safe operation of the flour mill and cleaning house.
Perform your job tasks in a safe manner in compliance with Bartlett safety programs and procedures.
Assist in the supervision of flour mill operational activities.
Maintain flour production within the specifications for the type of flour being produced as directed by management.
Perform regular inspections throughout the mill. Inspections are to be coordinated with the Mill Assistant to provide continuous inspection rounds throughout the mill.
Responsible for taking extractions according to company procedures. All extractions should be entered in the Extraction Form pursuant to company procedures.
Inspect middling rolls for proper grind pursuant to company procedures.
Perform timed weigh-off and calculation of production rates according company procedures.
Perform routine maintenance on milling equipment and machinery.
Manage and oversee the filling/transfer of feed and flour to the assigned bins.
Assist in the coordination and management the cleaning house.
Ensure GMP practices are followed and adhered to.
Take feed and/or flour samples to the lab for testing.
Communicate and hand-off milling operations to on-coming shift miller in a best practices manner.
Effectively communicate tasks, directives and policies with both senior management and supervised workers.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed in safe, best practices manner.
Be familiar with all operations, systems, policies and procedures effecting the mill and/or cleaning house as necessary to detect equipment malfunctions.

TITLE & SHIFT: Server/Waitress/Waiter - Miller Time Pub & Grill, Part Time. 16-24 hours per week.
All shifts will involve weekend and holiday shifts. Each week, schedules are arranged based on various customer events. However, some quiet weeks may have zero payroll hours if there are low guest events booked for that week.
This team generally works during every Husker Game. Shifts are generally 10:20 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. –or-- 3:45 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. –or- 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Some weekend shifts will stay as late as 3:00 a.m. based on cleanup duties after closing at 2:00 a.m. .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Facilitate all transactions to ensure a positive guest experience; including the greeting of guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explains all specials, promotions, and specific Miller Time Pub and Grill features.
Take orders, recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested which requires memorization of all available drinks, beer, and taps. Maintain cleanliness of Guest tables and assist with the bar area. Input orders into the Point of Sale System creating a check for each Guest and associate to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
Maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction. Present the Guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return in a friendly demeanor.
Perform general cleaning tasks, using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards. Maintain glassware inventory, and ensure cleanliness which may include the shining of glassware. Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed. Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned.

2.Ability to obtain and maintain an active Lancaster County Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service Training Certification as well as any additional training/ certification requirements per Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and Lancaster County.
3.Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, game days and the ability to work under pressure.
4.Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions.
5.Must have basic knowledge of food, beverage, and various alcoholic beverages and service levels for a high volume restaurant. Must have high level of knowledge for spirits and beer. Must be able to recite trendy liquors, create new drinks, and have a good understanding of wine, as well as promote a variety of menu items.
6.Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift. Carry multiple drinks at once, sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnishes, pick up glassware and bottles, use a corkscrew, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.
7.Basic mathematical skills necessary to perform cash handling duties such as, operate a cash register, distribute accurate change amounts, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes. Must have the ability to operate a keyboard and perform point of sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check.
8.Basic English language writing and communication skills necessary for completion of requisitions, balance sheets, and vouchers and to communicate with guests and take orders.
9.Must be detail-orientated, able to multi-task, produce high quality and accurate work as well as show professionalism in all facets of the workplace.
10. Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner at all times. Ability to remain motivated during busy and slow periods within shift.

As the Merchandise Assistant, you are accountable for driving customer service to achieve profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing company merchandise standards and execution, training and developing associates and executing sales building programs.
Customer Service & Sales – Models and holds team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service. Actively listens to customer issues to resolve problems.

Door to Floor / Restock / RFID & Inventory – Works with Merchandise Supervisor to plan upcoming merchandise placement plans. Contributes to merchandise receipt and reverse logistics processes.
Assists with the execution of inventory processes (cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, Radio Frequency Identification Scans, etc.). Contributes to the Shoe on Display restocking process, including mismates and stockroom organization. Contributes to the restock program to identify replenishment opportunities.
SET / Visual / Environment – Assists with the SET processes by planning floor moves, placing graphics, and executing visual detailing based on company guidance. Identifies sell-through opportunities and remerchandise the selling floor to increase rate of sale.
Helps oversee and maintain all fitting room and sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Contributes to the execution of visual elements to support merchandising statements. Responsible for stockroom maintenance.
Omnichannel (SVG 2-3 only) – Assists with the jcp.com process including jcp.com orders and aged and undelivered orders/returns as needed. Contributes to Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes as needed.
General Operations – Contributes to Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor and Return to Warehouse activities. Assists with the Defective MTO (DMTO) process ensuring proper and timely execution of all DMTO's to ensure integrity of inventory and prevent shrink. Participates in annual inventory processes.
Performance Standards – Supports company shrink and safety initiatives. Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

POSITION PURPOSE: To serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction and to prepare beverages for other servers to supply guests.
1.Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
2.Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
3.Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document orders for drinks. Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control.
4.Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest and personnel guests, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.

5.Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes.
6.Basic English language writing skills necessary for completion of requisitions, balance sheets, and vouchers.
7.Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnishes, pick up glassware and bottles, use a corkscrew, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations in reference to quality, service, supervision of associates, monitor quality and consistency of food production, cost control, and inventory.
1.Assists Manager in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus persons, host(esses), expeditors, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
2.Assists in ensuring that restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates. Checks that all equipment is in working order. Visually inspects and take action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests. Follows up on work orders so repairs and maintenance of facility are completed on a timely basis.
