  • Guarantee a trained picking and delivery team by following through on training programs and conducting fair and regular performance reviews. Return to store manager on time.

  • Individual successful completion of the passbook training within 60 days of entering the department.

  • Achieve and maintain department’s standards in cooperation with store manager (such as gross profit, presentation, etc.).

  • Responsible for department associates’ successful completion of the passbook training within the first 60 days of their entering the department.

  • Responsible for the department working efficiently and at an acceptable pace.

  • Effectively control proper storage and shipping of orders limiting shrink and damaged goods.

  • Guarantee outstanding product quality and timely service through cooperation with store manager; assure that each item is picked, stored and delivered without compromise of Roche Bros. high standards.

  • Assure that all picked items are of highest quality and freshness, and that all orders are properly tagged and stored for easy retrieval and shipping.

  • Control supply costs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (and thus compliance with all state and federal laws applicable to our industry).

  • Plan work schedules and breaks for pickers and drivers; achieve payroll consistently by scheduling within budget. Schedule effectively to maintain picking standards and delivery constraints.

  • Maintain a clean and organized area by enforcing proper cleaning procedures and exceptional housekeeping procedures and standards. Practice proper sanitation procedures living by the “Cleaner’s Creed”.

  • Oversee equipment coordination: cleaning and storage.

  • Keep delivery van in clean condition and organized.

  • Follow proper hand washing, food storage and handling procedures.

  • Maintain a neat personal appearance including proper uniform and dress code.

  • Must be well-groomed.

  • Exercise proper safety practices when lifting or moving product or using equipment.

  • Be safety conscious and correct any unsafe conditions you observe.

  • Minimize expenses without compromising conditions or customer service level (controlling payroll and supply costs).

  • Maintain accurate and useful records.

  • Confront problems positively and directly and use counseling sessions properly when necessary.

  • Be sure to operate and clean department equipment and tools.

  • Responsible for maintaining all e-commerce equipment in proper working order and condition, including delivery vehicles, cell phones, and GPS systems.   • Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.

Promotes good customer relations through the handling of a wide array of banking transactions. Shift: Sunrise (6:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

UPS Freight is hiring individuals to work as full-time Dockworkers with a CDL license. This position that involves the physical moving of freight into and out of trailers in a timely manner, by handling the freight manually, or using a forklift or hand truck.

Forklift experience is not required but preferred. This position also involves the driving of a tractor-trailer and the daily pick up and delivery of freight from commercial and residential customers, as assigned Dockworkers with CDL are required to meet driver appearance standards when making deliveries to customer sites.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age; must be able to read, write and speak the English language; must have a valid, Class A CDL, Haz-Mat, Twin Trailer, and Tanker endorsements required; and must be able to operate equipment safely. Candidates must meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Company mental and physical requirements; and must be physically and mentally able to safely perform the essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to the employee or co-workers. American Consumer Panels® is a consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback to companies and market research firms to evaluate products, packaging, related product instructions and more.

We leverage our network of private panels (In-Home Usage Testers) to provide product testers to companies for evaluating the in-home experience with a wide variety of products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.

Please note that although this job can be done from home 95% of the time, very occasionally In-Home Product Testers may be asked to visit the client's office, laboratory, store, warehouse or factory for training or meetings (visits are local and scheduled at no more than 20 minutes drive from the In-Home Usage Tester address). Main duties:

  • Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project. In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedules may include tasks to do such as: unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.

  • Properly document In-Home Usage Test as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. Types of documentation commonly used for In-Home Usage Tests are snapshots, audio recordings, videos and Product Journals.

  • Attend Skype meetings or conference call meetings with Account Managers, Brand Managers, Research Managers, Product Managers or small business owners to offer ongoing product usage feedback. These short virtual meetings may take place 2-3 times per week and are paid by the hour also.

  • Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses).

  • Paid Product Testing is done from home 95% of the time, but very occasionally paid Product Testers may be asked to visit the client's office, laboratory, store, warehouse or factory for training or meetings. These visits are paid by the hour also.

  • There are times when the product testing may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by the market research group.

  • Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.

  • Review requirements can vary, however, the standard requirement is a written review, photos of the reviewer with the product and a video review.
