Work with peer leads, shift supervisor, engineering, and maintenance personnel in priority setting and equipment repairs; and for timeliness of equipment preparation for maintenance Instruct and train new operators and keeps the shifts up to date on Management of Change issues and procedural revisions and required regulatory training Provide regular coaching/mentoring to Mixing team operators and works well with others in a team environment.
