The Snack Bar Attendant/Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and service of food and drink items to the public in the ice arena; coordinates all functions of the snack bar and reports to the Arena Manager.
This is a part-time position. Hours are nights and weekends. Hours will increase during the high school hockey season and decrease during the spring, fall and summer.
Responsibilities will include:
Food preparation including the use of a grill, fryer, pizza oven, microwave.
Clean and restock inventory as needed.
Cash handling and use of POS system.
Follow proper safety and food service guidelines.

Mixes dough as necessary (do not mix ahead).
Maintains correct water temperature and mixing time.
Sets flour scale to correct weight and ensures scale fills properly.
Informs baker of silo changes as necessary.
Adjusts water poundage to achieve correct consistency.
Weighs/meters minor ingredients as necessary.
Restocks minor ingredients as necessary.
Periodically scrapes mixer.
Makes sour dough as necessary (4-8 hours setting time before use), wraps sour dough tubs andwashes tubs between uses.
Transfers dough from mixer to cart and moves cart to line.
Fills hoppers to correct levels.
Periodically scrapes hoppers and extruder.
Adjusts extruder motor speeds as necessary.
Checks and maintains product weights regularly.

- Consistently follow established bakery recipes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) at all times with a high level of accuracy and consistency. Standards include, but are not limited to:
- Checking ingredients before mixing
