ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL
Le stage sera réalisé au sein de la Direction Technique de la DIPNN (Direction de l'Ingénierie et des Projets Nouveau Nucléaire) d'EDF. Le groupe d'accueil CM (Calculs de Coeur et modélisation) est constitué d'une dizaine d'ingénieurs du Département PRC (Physique des Réacteurs et Combustible). Le groupe assure une mission d'expertise dans le domaine de la sûreté-criticité, le contrôle de réactivité des réacteurs en état d'arrêt et le développement des outils de modélisation des coeurs.
Dans le cadre de la démonstration de sûreté de ses installations, EDF étudie les risques associés à la perte transitoire des moyens d'empoisonnement du réacteur (perte des sources électriques rendant indisponibles les pompes alimentant le circuit primaire en acide borique). Dans ces situations, le coeur doit rester sous-critique durablement malgré l'évolution de paramètres physiques influençant la réactivité du réacteur (refroidissement, évolution de la concentration des produits de fission). Pour assurer la maîtrise de la réactivité, EDF réalise des abaques indiquant la concentration en acide borique minimale à garantir en fonction de la température et du temps. Ces abaques sont utilisés pour que la cellule de crise définisse, en fonction des moyens disponibles, la stratégie de conduite la plus appropriée afin d'amener le réacteur vers un état sûr.
L'objet du stage est de perfectionner les méthodes de calcul associées à la production de ces abaques. Il s'agit notamment de ne pas hypothéquer les chances de succès de cette conduite en situation dégradée par des hypothèses d'étude trop pénalisantes.
Vos travaux seront amenés à être confrontés à des résultats d'étude produits par les méthodes existantes. Les méthodes que vous développerez pourront être présentées à l'Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire. Vous contribuerez ainsi à la réussite de projets industriels portés par des entités clientes de la DIPNN (essentiellement la Division de l'Ingénierie du Parc de la Déconstruction et de l'Environnement [DIPDE]) : la prolongation de la durée de fonctionnement des réacteurs dans un contexte postérieur à l'accident de Fukushima.
Concrètement, votre mission consistera à :
- s'approprier les méthodes d'étude du domaine du contrôle de la réactivité des réacteurs électro nucléaires d'EDF ;
- prendre connaissance des modalités d'exploitation des réacteurs en modulation de puissance (pilotage, systèmes de protection, marges de fonctionnement) ;
- comprendre les stratégies de conduite d'un réacteur en situation accidentelle de perte des sources électriques ;
- s'approprier les infrastructures de calcul scientifique de la Direction Technique qui permettent de lancer simultanément un nombre important de calculs ;
- modéliser les transitoires neutroniques et l'évolution des paramètres physiques du réacteur à l'aide des codes de diffusion de la chaîne de calcul industrielle d'EDF ;
- automatiser la recherche des configurations pénalisantes grâce à des outils logiciels que vous adapterez ou développerez en langage Python (lancement et supervision des calculs, post-traitements, restitutions graphiques) ;
- synthétiser sous forme d'une note d'étude les résultats obtenus et, éventuellement, à identifier les leviers de restauration de marges d'exploitation pour les installations EDF ;
- présenter vos résultats en réunions de projet et d'équipe.
Pour mener à bien votre mission, vous serez amené à solliciter l'assistance des différents ingénieurs de l'équipe et à échanger avec la structure Projet.
Vos compétences en informatique scientifique, votre sens du relationnel constitueront des atouts pour une prise en main rapide du sujet.

Provide support as a member of the Produce team to include receiving and preparing product, and setting and maintaining the wet rack. Use anodizing process to color titanium parts according to Acumeds requirements and quality standards.

Under the direction of the Plant Supervisor, the Mixer Operator will operate ready mix trucks between plant locations and job sites.
Perform daily preventative maintenance, record and inspection on vehicles to include fueling, cleaning, tire/light inspection, checking and adding fluids as needed
