Essential Duties and
Operates all scales, meters, mixers, and pumps involved in the process of mixing pizza sauce. Accurately weighs all relevant ingredients into properly-labeled containers using established methods and procedures.
Records necessary batch information including but not limited to: ingredient lot numbers, temperatures and machine settings. Performs Ross transactions accurately. Assists in feeding crust on conveyors.
Ensures that the outer layer of ingredient packaging is removed or cleaned, whichever is applicable, prior to dumping or using. Ensures that all necessary equipment needed for the next production run is ready, clean, and in working order prior to the start of that product. Sets timers or program devices on mixer or associated panels prior to starting the mixer.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Assures that all equipment has cover guards. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department, line or team.
Assists in breaks and lunches. Maintains a clean work environment. Confers with other Leads and Shift Supervisors in order to best plan changeovers.
Performs or assists Maintenance on minor repairs or adjustments. Suggests ways to control labor and supply costs as well as improve processes. Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed. Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices). Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free work place. Reports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.
Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Education, Skills and Experience: Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up the mixing room after USDA inspections and obtain the correct formulation of liquid egg product and ingredients using the pre-determined procedures (ZBAT) approved by the company.
Coordinates with USDA all tanker cleaning and transfers of liquid egg for shipment.
Strip the outer bags off of the bags of ingredients and pour into the appropriate container recording new lot numbers to meet USDA and Quality Assurance specifications.
Record appropriate LOT numbers, ph, egg solids and egg usage on the batch sheets and egg usage forms to meet Quality Assurance and USDA specifications along with any other paperwork necessary for the position.

Document and inspect the physical condition of the incoming tanker for – cleanliness, temperature and smell- and take corrective action as needed.
Take a sample to the lab for testing.
Control flow of egg via computer panel & associated flow boards & piping in the old and new silo areas.
Set up transfers by hooking a sanitized unloading hose to the tail end of the tanker and unload the product to the proper silo or tank.
Ensure empty tanks and tankers are cleaned by the Clean In Place (CIP) System.
Communicate with the Cooked Department all edible egg transfers.
Mix liquid egg product with ingredients.
Assist in coordinating tanker shipments.

Montana-North Dakota-WyomingDrivers will safely and efficiently operate truck equipped with a concrete mixer to deliver concrete mix to commercial locations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Responsible for the safe and responsible operation of concrete mixer truck. 2. Responsible for visually inspecting the delivery ticket, ensuring the slump is correct, visually inspecting the load if appropriate and ensuring that all additives and extra products are on or in their truck before leaving the yard. 3.
Responsible for inspecting vehicle for proper and safe operating condition before and after each trip and reporting any defects to supervisor. 4. Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor. 5. Clean inside of truck on a regular basis.
Clean outside of truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck. 6. Must maintain a DOT driver's log and other required transport documentation, adhere to all local, state, and federal (FMCSA) regulations and ensure DOT compliance at all times. 7. Must keep time and material records. 8.
Effectively communicate via 2-way radio with supervisor and other team members. 9. Position requires working with truck components, including brake adjustments, tie-down of equipment, as well as climbing in/out of cabs, on/off and over/under equipment, and sitting for extended periods of time. 10. Be observant of changing road/traffic conditions and adjust driving accordingly. 11.
