This position is accountable for operating equipment that mixes/grinds liquids and other materials used to manufacture paint and coatings. The Manufacturing Technician directly impacts the quality and quantity of product produced.
Major tasks include, but are not limited to:
Prebatch and ticket inspection
Operates all drop stations and meters (water, TiO2, slurry, etc.)
Measures tanks for yield, follows directions on batch slip, and checks batch until proper grind or mix is obtained
Safe operation of forklifts, walkies, drum handling equipment and battery charging/changing
Cleans vessels, lines, and other equipment used in the process
Advocate and practice the principals of the Safety program
Participate in house keeping activities that are indicative of a safe and clutter free work environment
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation

This threading machine operator position involves learning to perform the operation of manufacturing equipment under appropriate supervision. The operator will be responsible for learning the skills necessary to maintain production requirements and quality standards.
Follow all safety rules.
Maintain clean, orderly work area
Operate machinery as needed, which will include emptying pans, inspecting/gaging parts, making minor mechanical adjustments.
Where applicable, learn to perform minor machine set-up skills; including, but not limited to, tooling changes and first piece inspection.
Record data for SPC, TS16949 documentation.
Move material by operating forklift or using non-motorized devices.
Perform minor machine maintenance such as oil changes and tightening of bolts.

Roll Tender - Machine Operator 12Hr
Our Roll Tender Operator is an important position of the dryer sheet manufacturing process. You will monitor fabric simultaneously being pulled from multiple rolls on a wall grid, all coming together into a "Pull Section" (like the lanes of a highway all coming together into one). Here are the three main phases:
1. Load the wall grid: place the fabric rolls onto horizontal spindles (rods), with the assistance of a lift for the higher spindles.
2. Feed the machine: route all fabric from all the rolls into the "Pull Section".
3. Documentation: complete the paperwork verifying that you have used the correct fabric, lengths, and cuts.

Job Function / Purpose
The Quality Engineer provides engineering and quality support to all aspects of the manufacturing system. Champions quality improvement initiatives and defect prevention throughout the company.
Auditing – Manages the internal audit program. Ensures that departments and plants are audited on an established frequency to meet ISO and AAR requirements. Determines areas of nonconformance and ensures corrective actions are implemented. Ensures that Brenco has a suitable pool of qualified auditors to assist with audits when necessary. Nature and Scope
The Quality Engineer reports directly to the Director of Quality Advancement. The individual is involved in all stages of product development and manufacturing and interacts with all areas within Brenco.

Inventory Control Mixing Analyst (2Nd Shift) - Foxboro, MA
Responsible as subject matter expert for warehouse SOPs, monitoring inventory transactions, correcting and reporting inventory discrepancies, and reporting inventory accuracy levels. Lead root cause analysis and process mapping/improvement events, new item setups and implements slotting changes. Essential Job Duties
Provides inventory management analysis and recommendations as it relates to new item integration, new item validation and materials, verify new item setups and accuracy of data against item master.
