In the role of Flow, Gas & Moisture Technology Leader , you will:
Set the overall technical strategy and multi-generation-technology-planning (MGTP), platforming, and research and development road map for the FG&M product lines globally working in conjunction with business leadership, product management teams and the Executive Engineering leader
Develop, mentor, and coach team members and drive employee engagement, capable of driving innovation and change, influencing at all levels of the organisation
Be responsible for Innovation focus, developing differentiated technology to provide attractive Return on Investment (ROI) of development programs and margin growth

Be a Pivotal member of the FG&M Leadership team driving the technology portion aligned to the business strategy

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
Minimum of 3 years of Field Quality Assurance/Control experience is required
Familiar with local agency and Washington State Standard Plans and Specifications and best management practices and WSDOT Construction Manual (M41-01) is required.

EET's evaluate tests on solid liquid and gaseous insulating mediums. EET's perform power factor tests on generation, transmission and distribution electrical equipment. LEAD QA TESTER
Leads a team in executing test plans on pre-release versions of software to detect and record product defects. Reports to QA Manager or Senior QA Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee product quality: supervise the various stages of testing on each project; manage team projects to ensure that each has gone through at least two complete cycles of testing (all test cases executed) for final release testing milestones.
