SUMMARY: To conform to the production schedules. To confer with and recommend to management ways to eliminate difficulties, delays and waste in standard operating procedures.

Injection Mold Process Technician
The Process Technician supports the production efforts in the staging of tooling and startup of production jobs while maintaining reasonable efficiencies, minimizing tool damage/wear, and preserving the safety of all viability. Support of engineering development and corrective/preventative action efforts are required as necessary.
Provide machine set up and process support for all production processes
Clean, stage and tear down molds (with extreme care and attention) to meet production needs
Participates in test shots.
Measure first shots for each production job, as necessary
Run sample parts and facilitate in establishing processes for new and transfer tooling projects
Promote 5S maintenance & improvements
Responsible to repair, rebuild, or overhaul all types of production, service equipment and machine parts in all production areas and replacement for various production equipment
Develop and follow the standardized work instructions to minimize machine downtime,
Knowledge and understanding of all thermoplastics and processes & all of the set-ups on all of the molding equipment and machinery.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of parts.
Maintains liaisons with Engineers and Die Maintenance
Performs in-process audits and communicates directly with the Quality department
Operates measuring tools such as micrometers, dial and digital calipers, and etc.
Visually inspects surfaces for flaws and makes adjustments accordingly.
Operates secondary equipment such as ultrasonic welder, drill press, trim press and gate cutters.
Operate a variety of forklifts and other material moving equipment and tools.
Able to work any overtime as necessary.
Education / Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Two-year training certificate or Associates Degree in plastics-related subject preferred
Attended advanced training courses in plastics injection molding processing preferred
5-10 years’ experience with advanced plastics injection molding processing in the 1500 – 4000 ton machine range preferred

Mold Assembly - Weekday Night Shift
Assemble and disassemble injection molds.
Specific Duties Include:
Retrieve molds from warehouse
Assemble molds in accordance with the production schedule and stages for injection molding
Disassemble molds after production is complete and stage for warehouse storage
Transfer molds to the warehouse after production
Transfer molds between manufacturing plants
Organize and files part processing information
Organize the mold storage warehouse for maximum storage capacity
Track inactive molds and allocate them to temporary storage
Monitor molds to be destroyed; remove them from storage
Break down molds to be destroyed and stage salvageable aluminum for recycling
Organize mold component supplies, requisition replacements as needed
Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department
Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization
Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance

Job Description Summary Job Description Summary In accordance with written procedures, and supervisory instructions, the Mold Bar Operator performs necessary duties for manufacturing and checking quality of Mold Bars. This position is for 3rd shift: Hours 9PM-7AM / 4 days per week Justification This is a direct labor job that must be filled to continue to meet production demands.
Essential Functions: Operates CNC, Screw machines, Grinding machines, Riveters, Surface finishing machines, and Buffering machines to manufacture mold pins and assemble mold bars.
Performs routine maintenance of machines including lubrication and changing tooling.
Performs washing and assembly operations. Inspects pin and bar stock, mold pins and assembled bar pins using visual inspection, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment. Repairs and straightens mold bars.
Packages assembled bars for shipment to customers. Responsible for the quality of mold pins and mold bars, including notifying the Machinist Mechanic Mold of quality or machine problems. Required to perform other duties as needed.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week, which may include weekends, holidays, etc. Must be able to work additional hours/days as business needs dictate. Attendance in the plant site is considered an essential function.

The studio Dresser position assists the Associate Stylist position with the visual styling of merchandise for fashion photography. The Dresser may also be involved in still photography styling as needed.
The Dresser is a part the studio team whose goal is to ensure each brand is correctly represented and that all creative standards are maintained for all executed shoots.
