1.Is responsible for the daily set up and operation of the complete filling and packaging line, consisting of the
bottle in-feed, unscrambler, labeler, bottle filler, bottle capper or cap torquer, inkjet code dater, check

2.Is responsible for notifying supervisor or other authorized personnel of the need for packaging supplies or

Injection Mold Operator
Operating, monitoring and maintaining the production line.
Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of some equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers). No mechanical work is performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report.
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls) and pallet glue for hot melt tanks in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for reporting all quality defects.
Ability to work in all assigned areas of production; perform relief duties when required.
Stack, tie and label unused carton; troubleshoot minor production line issues; perform relief duties.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

The Filling Operator position is responsible for aseptic execution of assigned activities within the Grade A/B manufacturing area; activities shall include current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant gowning, setup and operation of aseptic filling equipment, aseptic movement of components and fill machine equipment, and conformance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) standards. A Filling Operator will also initiate minor revisions to existing documents and troubleshoot simple processes / equipment failures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (these are primary responsibilities of the role and the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned):
Understand and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices
Perform routine cleanup and sanitizations as assigned by area supervision to maintain cGMP compliance within the Grade A/B work areas. Perform sanitizations in a timely and effective manner in accordance with cGMPs and Baxter procedures, maintaining production schedule.
May be required to cross train as a support operator to assist additional manufacturing areas.
Maintain organization at all times within the classified areas to ensure equipment segregation, readiness and to prevent any contamination or rejection of batches.
Perform routine verification of equipment when unloading autoclaves and setting up aseptic filling machines.
Setup and operate aseptic filling equipment for routine aseptic processes, performed with proper aseptic technique to prevent negative safety, identity, strength, purity and quality (SISPQ) impact to the batch.
Perform routine operations utilizing aseptic formulation and filling equipment in Grade A/B areas.
Perform environmental monitoring; including fingertip, contact, and fallout plates. Assist in the training and development of other team members on processes in which they are qualified.
