Operate and monitor the performance of a group of injection molding machines in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production and quality standards. Monitors and records machine processes, visually inspects product, prepares product for release, and maintains and controls all quality equipment. BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
This Mold Maintenance tech position is located in our Greeneville, TN facility and will be conditioning and reconditioning molds for fabrication of small parts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures overall quality of the produced part including inspecting molds and noting defects for repair.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for all projects, repairs and /or improvements on the line as well as any mold changes and maintaining preventative maintenance.

Leadership responsibilities include:
Performing your Mold Making duties within a Team Environment, working closely and mentoring others when needed.
