Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
Operate bagger and debagger stations.

Plastic injection tooling experience desired. Able to disassemble, clean, perform routine maintenance, re-assemble plastic injection molds, and miscellaneous jigs and fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Will review process sheets and last piece part shots to determine if molds need preventive maintenance or repair. While mold is apart, determines what corrective action is required for damaged or worn molds and mold components. With minimal or no supervision, performs mold maintenance or repair on components such as ejector pins, core pins, valve gate systems, spruce bushings, nozzle tips, electrical connectors, thermal couples, heaters, mold vents, and slide pins- makes replacements or rebuild if necessary.

Uses a wide variety of precision instruments to check parts for dimensional correctness. Sets up and operates tool room equipment such as surface grinder, engine lathe, vertical milling machine, and horizontal and vertical band saw, CNC mills, lathes, and EDM’s. Should be able to machine fixtures, gages, and other supplemental tooling from sketches and drawings.
