The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Molder – First Shift. This position is responsible for operating a jolt-squeeze molding machine used in the production of green sand molds at the AWS-Slaton foundry. Position requires attention to safety, quality and productivity.
Maintain high safety standards
Set up and make molds on jolting and squeeze-type machines
Follow conventional molding techniques, such as: punch or set sprues, fill mold with sand from hopper as required, jolt, squeeze, draw patterns, close molds, move to pallet car, strip flask and send pallet car down platform to be poured.
Venting, cutting, gates ramming, tucking, setting cores, chills, chaplets, risers, gates required as necessary.
Patch and repair molds, ream out sprue and riser as necessary
Performs related duties as assigned

High School Diploma / GED
6 months foundry experience desirable
Ability to communicate with people

Machine Operator - Molder
Esterline is seeking a Machine Operator to support our Injection Molding fabrication line. This person will be able be apart of an area of the business where the attention to details needs to satisfy the customer needs.
Ability to use standard inspection tools such as Calipers and Micrometers.
Experience with tight tolerance components in the Aerospace industry.
Some Primary Responsibilities
Performs in-process inspection and clerical functions; estimates time and materials required to complete assignments
Programs and operates computerized machining equipment
Understanding of drawing and reading comprehension skills.
Ensures all manufactured parts are in full compliance to quality standards. Performs visual inspections on all parts produced and performs actual dimensional verification using measuring instruments as per the guidelines established by the department of the Quality Assurance

Verifies that the material to be used matches material specifications on traveler.

Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention from all employees. Description de la mission
Rattaché(e) à La Directrice des Achats, au sein de l'équipe des Services Généraux, vous assurez un travail de qualité adapté aux besoins des collaborateurs du Groupe.
Vos missions sont notamment les suivantes :
Apporter un support à la gestion de la flotte automobile au niveau national (600 véhicules);
Assurer l'adéquation des paramètres contractuels avec l'utilisation du véhicule;
Assister les collaborateurs en cas d'incident ou d'accident;
Assurer le suivi des factures;
Anticiper les fins de contrat et les renouvellements à prévoir, apporter son support aux différentes organisations pour tout problème lié aux véhicules (entretiens, pneumatiques etc...);
Centraliser tous les documents administratifs, les démarches liées à notre engagement contractuel (cartes grises, cartes vertes, PV, cartes de carburant, carte d'entretien);
Effectuer la gestion des sinistres des véhicules et mise à jour de l'interface assureur;
Réceptionner et traiter les amendes.
De formation Bac + 2, vous avez première expérience au sein d'un service similaire et vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de bureautique (Outlook, Pack Office, Excel).
Vous avez une bonne capacité d'organisation, vous êtes autonome et rigoureux et vous savez aussi gérer les priorités. Vous avez un excellent relationnel et un sens aigu du service.
