Job Description: Reporting to Area Director, Shoulder Sales Development, this position is a specialized regional support role designed to strengthen and bolster unique product knowledge and foster a consistent approach to selling shoulder in the field through on-site support and education to Branches/Agents.

Main Objective: This is an entry level Product Management position and the individual should possess the aptitude/background to progress to a Product Manager position within 12-24 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in overall marketing, product strategy, technical writing, sales training, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
Assists in the management of day-to-day progress and maintenance of products.
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
Works with Product Team to develop marketing analysis to determine product definitions.

Education and Experience:

POSITION SUMMARY: To mold and trim products to an established level of specifications in terms of quality and quantity on a molding and trimming press and other support equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that the equipment is set up accurately.
Operate the mold press to produce molded panels of product following site SOI's and work instructions.
Operate an automatic trim press as needed following site SOI's and work instructions. Cell Techs must also be able to operate a manual trim press.
Alert the Area Manager to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations.
Accurately maintain all required documentation and paperwork.
Maintain product traceability.
Inspect molded work to ensure quality product is being produced.
Move materials into and out of the area as required.
Keep equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition.
Follow all corporate and site policies, practices, procedures and S.O.I.'s without failure or exception.
Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

WSH Molder (M, T, F, Sa - Days)
WORK SCHEDULE: Wednesday-Saturday (5:00AM - 3:30PM)
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Coating of WSH resistors.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Fill coating pot, check viscosity according to specification, hook up hoses from pots to coat the coating wheels. Make adjustments to as needed to spread coating evenly.
Receives trimmed and formed reeled product from WSH forming operation. Loads reels onto de-reeling arm.
Make sure the strip is correctly aligned. Attach pulley to beginning of strip, by bringing it from end of coater through ovens.
Adjust coating wheel height so coating material transfers from wheel to strip.
Inspects coated resistors in process to insure conformance to specification.
Performs and completes SPC charts.
Cleans machines as necessary.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
Equipment Utilization: Operates one or two WSH coaters.
Skills / Certifications
Good hand/eye coordination to operate machine. Fairly clean work with occasional exposure to disagreeable elements such as noise, dust, and fume.
Exposure to some chemicals used in cleaning coating equipment. Viewing small, similar looking parts for extended periods of time.

POSITION SUMMARY:

MOLDER HELPER
Assists molder on molding machine where mold is excessively heavy for one man or where the number of cores to be set excessively slows molder or both.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists molder in setting up patterns and flasks.
Assists molder in handling heavy parts of job such as putting squeeze board on mold, removing squeeze board, cutting sprues, setting cores, cleaning up around machine periodically, etc.
Keeping molding machine station supplied with cores, and bottom boards and conveyor racks.
Operate shaker and dump molds.
Change jackets on pour off floor.
Fill cores with sand.
Carry bottom boards, flasks, etc. for the molders.
Keep pallet line system clean and operating properly.
Carry sand from molders area in wheelbarrow to sand pile.
Deliver cores to molders.
Keep plant clean and orderly.
Remove castings from shakeout pan.
Do other physical production jobs requiring little training as directed by Foundry Supervisor or Work Leader.
