Essential Functions Molding:

Essential Functions Quality:
Perform basic courtesy First Part inspection, addendum inspections, and melt flow index inspections of plastic resins as required with limited supervision. Operate the Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparator and various inspection equipment including calipers and micrometers, if applicable.
Advise appropriate personnel of required updates on part inspection procedures, blueprints, SPC records and inspection records.
Responsible for following quality system procedures. Assists in procedure development when required. Ensures product quality and takes appropriate action when non-conformances are identified. Maintain accurate records as required.
Essential Functions Material Handling:
Ensure that machine hoppers are filled with the proper raw materials. Ensure that drying of raw material and any other material preparation steps are followed correctly. Ability to operate the Motan© material transfer system.
Maintain accurate records of all material identification and update information in a timely manner.
Responsible for the timely input of accurate material identification, part count, scrap count, and job information for printing correct raw material certifications.
Responsible for emptying grinder drawers and checking the quality of regrind generated to minimize contamination.

A. Assembles complex multi-component patterns by means of torch, hot pencils, and a variety of hand tools.
B. Assembles complex patterns using full-time dimensional fixturing to maintain dimensional control and stability.
C. Manipulates fixture/pattern components to remove configuration discrepancies and verify dimensional integrity.
D. Possibly develops code sheets for engineering-requested modifications or deviations to standard assemblies.

Shared administrative team office support activities, including opening mail, answering phone, welcoming visitors, etc.
Must have earned a high school diploma or GED
2+ year or Bachelor's degree preferred
Must have at least one year experience in a related role
Strong customer service focus
Strong computer skills specifically proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher and database tools. Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
Previous experience with CRM sales and/or fundraising databases and accounts payable/receivable programs preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Experience with social media, specifically Facebook and Twitter
Proven track record of completing administrative related tasks such as reviewing, responding to and typing letters, reviewing documents, preparing PowerPoint presentations and other office correspondence
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Ability to schedule and prepare for meetings
Experience and strengths in event logistics with previous experience in large scale fundraising events, including live auctions and coordinating large numbers of volunteers, a plus
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pace, deadline driven work environment
Strong professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills including ability to interact with high level corporate executives and community leaders
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Reliable transportation and ability to work some nights/weekends as needed for events
