The Department of Community Supervision (DCS) was created by HB310 in the 2015 Legislative Session. As part of the executive branch of Georgia's government, the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) is responsible for the supervision of approximately 180,000 adult felony offenders and Class A and Class B designated juvenile offenders. It is our mission to protect and serve all Georgia citizens through effective and efficient offender supervision in our communities, while providing opportunities for successful outcomes.
The Field Operations Division serves as an integral part of the Department of Community Supervision by providing supervision to offenders placed under probation supervision by the Superior Courts, offenders granted parole by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole, or certain juvenile offenders adjudicated for Class A or B felonies. We currently have multiple challenging and rewarding opportunities for a Community Supervision Officer that will become a part of the Field Operations team.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
Under supervision, supervises a full caseload of probation/parolees providing case planning and classification for purposes of tailoring supervision to an individual, conducts interviews with probation/parolees, family members, referral counselors and law enforcement personnel to determine compliance with probation/parole conditions. Investigates allegations of probation/parole violations including both technical and criminal elements. Requests and serve warrants as the situation dictates. Completes supervision reports.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant General Manger is to provide excellent operations management. It is expected that the RGM will adhere to all Company standards, best practices, policies and procedures including, but not limited to guest services, food and employee safety, employee relations/development and achieving financial objectives.
The Restaurant General Manager has primary accountability for the operational and fiscal effectiveness of his/her restaurant. Deliver at or above company standards in "VOCs" and "Customer Mania" initiatives. Utilize LAST when responding to guest complaints and empower the restaurant team to resolve guest complaints. Follow-up on guest complaints.

The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for the implementation, evaluation and improvement of the USA Truck, Inc. Safety, Compliance and Security Management System by focusing on the continuous improvement of collision/injury reduction, driver training, DOT compliance and CSA BASIC scores. The Manager will drive operational accountability to ensure driver and company compliance with all company and governing regulations. As point of contact for Operations and Terminal Management, the Manager will drive execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives at the terminal and fleet level.
Successfully filled, the Regional Safety Manager will improve performance in all primary safety metrics; improve company-wide safety, compliance and security awareness; drive consistent implementation and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives; improve regulatory compliance; and reduce all CSA BASIC scores.

Support driver team members and departmental functions to achieve the regulatory requirements and initiatives established by the business Drive field execution and implementation of tactical and strategic initiatives
% of Time Essential Function
35%: Provide subject matter guidance to Operations Managers, Driver Managers, Driver Team Members, and customers (when applicable).
20%: Communicate operation?s safety-based performance; conduct trend analysis for proactive improvement opportunities through the development and execution of operation-specific safety action plan.
20%: Conduct primary root cause analysis (investigation) of collisions, injuries, security breaches, etc.; conduct regulatory and internal compliance audits.
15%: Conduct non-routine safety training and awareness presentations.
10%: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Environmental Field Laborer
Our Environmental Field Laborers (Environmental Technicians) are responsible for the performance of tasks associated with tank cleaning, high pressure water blasting, emergency response clean-up, hazardous waste clean-up and the handling of hazardous materials.

High School Diploma or equivalency
6 months construction or general labor experience
Valid Driver's License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record

Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods of time and to work on an on-call basis.
