Adjust the application process, equipment, and materials being applied to achieve the target appearance as specified by application inspection tools, color targets, production step-offs, and verbal instructions.
Apply stain and finish material as specified by Herman Miller drawings and routings.
Clean, set up, and adjust pumps, agitators, regulators, spray guns, and wiping materials.
Mix, agitate, and dispense finish material.
Perform daily "housekeeping duties" specified as part of daily Production Painter activity, including, but not limited to, sweeping, wiping, and discarding waste.
Read and interpret Herman Miller drawings and routings related to the product being manufactured, raw materials used to construct product, and required coatings to be applied.
Review, monitor, and share feedback with the Supervisor, Production Operator, and support staff as it relates to the "normal function" of process. Details include, but are not limited to, raw material inventory, oven temperatures, lighting, air make-ups, pollution control equipment, etc.
Set up, clean, and/or replace booth filters, band support rollers, part carriers, saw horses, etc., which are specified as part of daily Production Painter activity.
Use application process monitoring equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, film thickness gauges, gloss meters, viscosity cups, stop watches, graduated measuring cups, air cap gauges, temperature sensors, calipers, and tape measures.

Specialists conduct inspections of private property, applying pesticides, and educating customers on source reduction methods and pesticide application.
Specialists must be able to provide excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills. Specialists are trained to follow all state and federal laws and regulations. The Specialists are under the direct supervision of the Lead Mosquito Control Specialist and works with the office manager and staff.

Performance Standards: Maintain accurate documentation of pesticide application in a timely manner; provide clear and accurate sketches to support field surveys. Provide outstanding customer service and address customer concerns courteously, in a timely manner and provide them with reliable information.
Consistently provide appropriate treatments to residential and commercial properties. Principal Duties: Provide excellent service through proper treatment techniques.
Present Complimentary Service coupons to interested parties. Be knowledgeable of all services provided to help identify problems and offer service solutions. Communicate with the customer everything related to their application and future applications.
Properly apply chemicals following all company, state, and federal regulations. Safely drive to and from the customer's location following all state and federal laws. Respond to management and customer service requests. Hang door hangers within the neighborhood of customers as directed. Prepare daily field service reports and keeps accurate records of pesticide applications and other field activities.
Knowledge: Must have adequate written and verbal English communication ability. Must hold a valid driver's license. Have beginner knowledge of (North Carolina) pesticide regulations and requirements.

Position Description Under the supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor, the Mosquito Control Technician, West Nile Virus (WNV) works to collect field and laboratory samples for arbovirus testing. The Technician also provides general support services in the laboratory as well as performing technical operations.
Collects mosquitoes and birds utilizing existing and newly developed trapping methods.
Identifies mosquitoes collected at test locations.
Assists in locating areas to determine mosquito densities.
Assists in surveying for trap sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator for its Mosquito Control Section. This is technical supervisory work in coordinating a County-wide mosquito control spraying program in the Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating a program of identification, inspection and extermination of mosquitoes and other insect pests in the County; maintaining reports of mosquito inspectors concerning mosquito breeding problems, and assisting and guiding inspectors in control measures utilizing ground-spray equipment; assisting in the planning, assigning and supervision of work performed by mosquito control inspectors working in urban, rural and salt-marsh areas; reviewing reports of mosquito control inspectors to determine areas where larvicide and adulticide work is needed; monitoring the field operations of mosquito control inspectors performing larviciding, adulticiding and domestic mosquito inspection activities; performing special complaint inspections as necessary; supervising the preparation of insecticides used in the suppression and control of mosquitoes; preparing and maintaining written reports and records as required by law; coordinating the aerial-spray program and planning flights, and maintaining aerial-spray equipment and coordination of aircraft maintenance. Work is reviewed for adherence to control standards and administrative policies. Work is also reviewed by the incidents of public complaints against mosquito nuisance. Performs related work as required.

Thermal Sprayer Leadman
PURPOSE: The purpose of this document is to outline the job responsibilities and skills to perform the duties of the Thermal Spray Leadman Technician in the HiCoat Division.
SUMMARY This position is a working Lead man position that will be required for production. The individual in this position will perform his/her trade to maintain Production Schedule Requirement.
REPORTS TO: HICoat Production Supervisor
Primary duties include: masking parts to be coated, fixturing parts to be coated, setting up robot program, obtaining and logging materials for tasks, setting parameters on equipment, spraying parts, de-masking parts, polishing parts, performing quality assurance of parts, and cleaning booth after completion.
Prepping parts for thermal spray and cleaning parts afterwards
Properly clean spray booth and dispense of used materials.
Properly use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts.
Maintain a full understanding of work orders in production area.
Assist / train in directing personnel within the department in all aspects of their duties.
Help ensure the department is adequately tooled for works in progress.
Assist supervisors by interfacing with other departments.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality procedures.
