Exercises a high level of judgment in the performance of his/her duties by independently ensuring efficient approaches to meeting existing and anticipated requirements of the district.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with financial management and other administrative programs and policies.
Provides advisory services to managers and employees on the preparation of budget estimates. Justification and budget execution plans, including such matters as the distribution of allotments and availability of budgetary funds for program purposes. Provides oversight to insure compliance and fiscal responsibility.
Coordinates with servicing HR office regarding hiring and selection processes, performance management, and employee recognition.
Supports district management officials with administrative processes in relation to work environment issues, sensitive employee matters, or with controversial dealings. We are seeking a Video Teleconferencing (VTC)team. In this position, you will support the IC VTC Engineering and Installation Team installing and troubleshooting VTC display and VTC management systems for defined single- and multi-room areas as well as for single and multiple sites.
