Pipe Designer 6D
The primary focus of the Piping Designer is designing piping systems, general arrangement drawings, flow diagrams and detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for our industrial paint systems and wastewater treatment systems. Designers work closely with our Lead Designers and Project Engineers to satisfy customer requirements and resolve design problems from the initial design to the final release of drawing to the shop floor.
This individual will be drawing piping systems as directed by the Project Engineers.
Designers must be able to calculate flows, loadings, dimensions and weights as determined or instructed. Individuals will be using manufacturers’ literature, selecting equipment components based on workable design, and other engineering data.
Designers will be comparing costs versus designs to determine the most cost effective way to manufacture the equipment.
Designers are required to create a BOM to be used for purchasing, fabrication and shipping.
To be successful in this role the Piping Designer will have:
- A related technical degree or equivalent years of experience
- Be extremely proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks
- Experienced in designing piping systems

Combo Pipe Welder
Purpose: Secure components together using electric welding. Create accurate welds that do not change the measurements of the component and will be able to withstand various types of steam, hot water, gases, lubrications, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.
Work Schedule: Must have open availability any time any day of the week. Normal work period is Monday-Thursday dayshift while at Manufacturing Facility. Length of employment may be limited to job assignment and/or project duration.
Essential Skills (must posses the ability to)
May include but not limited to:
Secure components together applying knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
Select appropriate equipment and plan the layout and assembly of a welding process.

Pipe Recovery Specialist - Casper, WY
Our Pipe Recovery Specialist maintains a high standard of efficiency and safety in the performance of basic pipe recovery operations. Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for the safe execution of operations in all aspects of open-hole and/or cased-hole logging and completion services which may include, but is not limited to, rigging up the truck at the service location, assisting with all operations both in the shop and at the wellsite. Operates and maintains the assigned wireline truck and equipment, as well as keeps records for the overall operation.
This is position which will be based in or around the Casper, WY area
Installation / disassembly (rig up/rig down) of wireline and pressure control equipment in accordance with original manufacturer's standards including verification of applicable certifications. Assembles, secures, and disconnects equipment.
Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts process or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate industry standards.
Performs a combination of shipping, loading, and unloading duties. Follows all standard shipping practices and procedures with full compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including additional transportation routing and scheduling requirements. Verifies and documents identity and quantity of all equipment.
Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots wireline truck and equipment including diagnostics, as well as keeps records for the overall operation.
Drives Company vehicles & equipment: wireline trucks, cranes, pickup truck, pickup truck with trailer
Ensures compliance with all regulations applicable to wireline explosives operations

The roll mounterwill pull the rolls from a staging area or from stacks of rolls that have beenpancaked in the warehouse.
The roll mountermay be required to take the rolls needed from off a tractor-trailer whennecessary to meet production needs.
The roll mounterwill be responsible for removing the yellow roll ticket from each roll, dating,initialing the ticket, matching the yellow roll ticket with the white ticketwith the same number.
The roll mounterwill staple the white and yellow tickets together and hang them on a placeprovided at the roll stand.
The roll mounterwill be responsible for trimming bad layers of board off the roll and trimmingout damaged places on the side of the roll in order to help keep the cutter rollmounter roll change down time to a minimum.
It will be theresponsibility of the roll mounter to change the roll stands over in order toaccommodate the different roll widths.
After each rollstand change, it will be the responsibility of the roll mounter to have theforeman check for proper spacing and bolt tightness before a roll is mounted.
Each roll standwill have instructions on it telling how to properly set the roll stand.
The roll mounterwill be responsible for a toolbox and tools assigned to the job.
It will be theresponsibility of the roll mounter to empty scrap boxes located throughout theplant as they become full.
The roll mounterwill be responsible for putting the roll check off slip in the proper jacketwhen the last roll is mounted.
The roll mounterwill be responsible for keeping the work area clean.
When needed, the roll mounter may be asked towork in the baler room.
